Incredibly expensive for very below average food. The service was great… otherwise I would never ever recommend anyone to go here. Like ever. There is an automatic 20% gratuity on each check.. without the option to add more. Which is weird. 3 entrees 1 bowl of soup 2 shakes for kids 1 beer Total bill…. Over $160 dollars. 😂

Food was good, service was great, my birthday daughter enjoyed the experience. It was our first time! Food and was hot and came out quickly.

Sugar factory food taste like sh*t and other food burger tasted like Wendy’s fries tasted like Wendy’s yall krabby patties or whatever the raindown sliders was it was HORRIBLE yall need to make it better or take it off the menu because the bun taste like cardboard and straight food coloring also charging $20!!!!! EACH for pictures of OUR OWN SELVES IS OUTLANDISH.

We had a really good time as a family , my food in particular was really good, our waiter was really nice. My only complaint it was my mother in laws birthday and her hot burger was pretty much all raw still basically and she left it, she was too nervous to complain since we were bringing her out for her birthday dinner. But most of it was a good time

Ice cream was extremely cheap brand. They could have bought Bluebell from the store for better quality than what they served. Wait staff kept disappearing and had to find them for all service from ordering to bill. Son was given a pink lollipop in his sundae. Lack of observation. And he commented on this. We requested no parley on the children’s French fries and they came out WITH parsley. Since my husband had to get up from the table (5) times already to find server, we decided to individually brush the parley off the fries. Burgers were well done. But again, to chase down a server at this point was disruptive to our experience. We were celebrating our children for a special occasion. This was not what we expected.

We was so excited to try it out and left so disappointed. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant that was worse than sugar factory. I shouldn’t known with that many options no way would it be good. Nobody could finish it was so bad I think I forced 3 bites. The word was the food isn’t that great and it’s true. It was literally garbage. And we spent close to $400. I wouldn’t go back and I’d tell all my dont waste their money. The only thing keeping it open is the super overpriced drinks and once that hype dies down they will go out of business unfortunately. They have to do a super 100% revamp to save it. And the reservation site made super over exaggerated the patrons like they had no more slots for hours and we get there and there’s like 3 other small parties there maybe a dozen people. I mean it was dead in there. And u have an automatic 20% tip rate. I guess since she servers don’t actually cook the food it’s not their fault but it should be way less. The internet overhyped this and got it totally wrong couldn’t pay me to come back again.

Good for a birthday party, but expensive. Food is good and the menu has variety. Milkshakes are crazy but kids love them!
