Booked the bar area for a happy hour gathering and could not have been happier! The staff was amazing! Maya the hostess was kind and considerate, Juan our server/bartender was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and well displayed on a side table for us to get our food without cluttering our dining table. The GM Pete ensured I had everything I needed before we started and checked on us frequently during our HH. So many other staff members were also involved and accommodating. Thank you Stetsons and your amazing staff!

Stk ordered med rare came Closer to medium. Also restaurant half full and we were a duce sat at a table for 2 in very back of restaurant next to a table of 15 or so while many 4 tops were open in mid restaurant not near large party. Spoke with staff before left and let them Now my dissatisfaction

My steak dinner (filet) was wonderfully delicious. I was quite surprised as sometimes hotel restaurants are not as good as they sound. However this meal at Stetsons was magnifique!

We chose this restaurant because we were staying in the hotel and didn't feel like leaving the building for dinner (convenience). The overall experience was between Good and OK. Nothing blew us away, and nothing disappointed either. The food, ambiance, service, and price were all as expected. We would recommend Stetsons and would not hesitate to dine there again.

Overcooked my steak to well done. The sushi was good. Everything was overpriced, but that is to be expected for it being in a business hotel. Would not go again, even if staying in the hotel.

The service was very slow, it looked like only two waiters for the entire restaurant, though slow, our server was nice. The food was very good except the broccoli. Two of us had an order and both were inedibly cold. Other veggies were warm. All stakes were very good and cooked to our preferred temperature.

We moved into Lakeshore East neighborhood recently and gave Stetsons a try. Our family wanted steak and sushi and so this seemed like a good choice. We went on a Friday night and it was moderately busy. Deb the hostess was fantastic making us comfortable especially with our 5 year old son. Barbara our waitress was very attentive to us. The sushi/sashimi was very good. Surprisingly good for hotel restaurant. Our prime ribeye steak was done superbly. No complaints here. Wine by the glass prices were reasonable. The total cost of the meal was on the pricey side but then again this is a hotel restaurant and we have seen menu price inflation recently. But we enjoyed the quality of the food, the service and the ambience. Nice surprise for us. We will be back!

Disappointing and you could tell by the lack of customers on a Friday evening that it’s time for a menu change/rebrand. It’s more of a sushi bar with a handful of steaks on the menu. We started with some cocktails and sent a few back as they weren’t made correctly. Ordered both steaks and some sushi, and nothing was really impressive. Steaks were bland/lacked seasoning, and very tough considering how much they charge. It’s time for some major changes or Stetson’s won’t be around much longer.

My waiter was very attentive and I appreciate that. The wait was lengthy for my meal. The steak was very fatty. My mashed potatoes were cold and the asparagus was too charred. I was very disappointed with the food for the price that I paid.

Place was completely empty when we got there, and no music playing so there was no ambiance. Food tasted “assembled “ vs prepared for us. It was obvious the ingredients were cheap and short cuts were taken. Not tasty. Good service though. Will not return.

My young adult son and I enjoyed meeting there for a great dinner experience. He had prime rib and I had a filet mignon. We asked for medium rare and the steaks were cooked perfectly. Our waiter was attentive without being obnoxious, as was his assistant. We enjoyed catching up over this meal and although expensive, it was worth it!

I had a sushi bowl, and it was very bland. It took 30 minutes for someone to take our order, and then another 30 to get it. I have eaten there before, got the same dinner, and it was much better- well seasoned. Tonight it was like something was left off. Our server disappeared. It is an expensive restaurant, and I expected more for what we paid.

Food wasn’t anything special for the price. - Calamari was not good - too chewy / rubbery Matcha margarita was pre made and not fresh - tasted fake -Sushi rolls were very good - specifically crunchy crunch -Apple pie for dessert was ok Server was awkwardly not around. She took over 15 min to come to the table. The manager got our drinks and then she finally came over and tried to get our order. If it were busy I would’ve understood but there were 3 tables in the entire restaurant so that was a little weird. Hostess and manager were both super friendly and nice.

I spent $200 on one steak 2 drinks and 9pcs nigiri.....taste like publix sushi. I cook better steak at home. I came for my birthday and it was a total disappointment. Never again. Hyatt's restaurant should be better.
