Considering the profile of this restaurant, we were somewhat underwhelmed. The menu is reasonably limited but being a 'steak and lobster' restaurant the food we expected a 'specialist' level of food and this did fall short. My friend had a fillet and was disappointed at it being more fatty and chewy than expected. Two of us had the surf and turf which we found nice enough...huge plates without being too huge on the food. The young waitress was very sweet although we had to ask for more water for the table and finger bowls...so I felt the service fell slightly short. The restaurant is very sumptious however. There is a screen to log your car registration on the bar of the restaurant....don't get caught out like we did in paying £6.50 for parking as we were not aware of this before we arrived at the restaurant.

We really enjoyed everything about steak and lobster it was our first visit. however, I was confused about the Seht menu and the à la cart menu. I chose the Kağtçı and I tried many times to call because they were trying to charge me the same money for my seven-year-old daughter as myself and my 14-year-old son so it didn’t make sense to get the menu. I must’ve at least picked up so I could clarify the situation. When we got there I asked about it and they said that we were unable to get the menu and that we should have called to explain that we were my seven-year-old daughter and that she didn’t have to pay the menu. I explained that nobody was picking up. So we paid nearly £180 including the service charge which I felt was quite expensive even though we really did enjoy the meal. I don’t think we would do it again.

Our server was excellent and the food was delicious, and came out in a timely manner. I just wish that service charge was not added to the bill. I know it is discretionary, however having the option and not just putting on the bill as the server doesn’t get this directly!

Food was delicious. Small menu but done really well. Our server Christina was brilliant, super friendly and worked really hard to make everyone feel like one of the family!

Planned for a romantic date night and I thought what better place than to have it as Steak and Lobster. It's got the aesthetic vibes, food taste really good, quiet place to dine and the service we recieve is always 10/10. It is a little pricey but it is worth what you're paying for. I recommend to anyone going for a date night out.
