I live in Boulder but this was my first visit. It was altogether lovely. The food was wonderful and Spencer, our waiter, was sublime. Seriously one of the most helpful waiters I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was perfect. I will return and take others!

Our server, Dionne, was fabulous, and really helped we 3 Geminis to celebrate our triple birthdays! Everything we ordered was delicious, beautifully presented, and with real flair ~ Very, very much appreciated the quiet atmosphere, so that we could actually catch up with each other, especially since one of our party is hard of hearing. Super enjoyable experience all around ~

Ceviche was good, but not really enough to be shareable. We still had a ton of chips leftover. My entree (peach tree chicken) was not bad, but also not great or particularly memorable. Portion size was decent. Best thing on the plate was the green beans. Service was up to par, maybe even a little better than average.

Trout fish was good tasting for lunch. The salad choices were excellent. Good spot for a lunch meal.

Great experience and food for our group of six. Highlights were the fish and chips, peach tree chicken, smoked mushroom and shallots linguine and paillard chicken. All really tasty dishes. Will definitely return.

It took about 40 minutes to receive our appetizer. Then dinner came quickly after that so spacing wasn’t ideal. Also, one entree (linguine with shallots + roasted mushrooms) had excess butter on it.

We were seated at our exact reservation time and immediately had the attention of our server, Spencer. He was attentive throughout our entire meal and extremely well-informed, providing detailed menu suggestions. All four in our party raved about their menu choices which included Ceviche, Oysters, Trout, Peachtree Chicken, Top Sirloin and the Steakhouse Baconbuger…all cooked to the requested temperatures. We will definitely include Spruce as one of our Boulder favorites!
