A converted industrial building along Kreuzbergs canal is home of Spindler, a gourmet experience in Berlin's most legendary district. The kitchen is modern European with a french accent. Well cooked from market fresh products, with ingredients sourced as regional as possible. You find best dry aged steaks, wild caught fish and creative dishes for vegetarians. The menu is seasonal and changes in irregular intervals. If you like to eat in an relaxed bohemian atmosphere, Spindler is the right choice for you. Kir royal mit völlig schalem Champagner. Musste ich zurückgeben. Schwertfisch war fast kalt und auch zum Teil so zäh, dass er nicht essbar war. Die Rechnung mussten wir mehrfach bemängeln. Alles in allem schade, hatten uns mehr versprochen und das zum Geburtstag….,

Seit vielen Jahren mein Lieblingsrestaurant aber diesmal etwas enttäuscht gewesen. Spargelsalat viel kleiner als die letzten Jahre und die Bedienung etwas teilnahmslos bzw. hektisch und kurz angebunden. Hoffentlich das nächste Mal wieder besser :(

Wir waren anlässlich meines Geburtstags zum Brunch im Spindler. Das Essen war super, der Cremant kalt und der Service hervorragend. Immer wieder gerne!

Spindler hat ein sehr gutes Konzept, ein schönes Lokal und man merkt, dass hier viele Kunden kommen. Das Essen, auch wenn sehr wenig, ist oft lecker. Man muss aber meines Erachtens wissen, was sich lohnt und welche Gerichte das meiste für das Geld bieten. Starter und einige Gerichte sich sehr gut, das Dessert dagegen nicht. Alkohol würde ich wahrscheinlich bei einem nächsten Besuch nicht mehr kaufen aufgrund des sehr hohen Preises, angesichts des Discountpreises.

Rundum ein gelungener Abend. Nettes Ambiente, sehr freundliche Bedienung und das Essen war abwechslungs- und einfallsreich UND sehr gut. Bei sehr angemessenen Preisen. Respekt! Vielen Dank für einen sehr gelungenen Abend.

Super leckeres & hochwertiges Essen, schönes Ambiente und zuvorkommender Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten als Anlass des Besuches unseren Jahrestag angegeben, dies wurde allerdings nicht berücksichtigt.

Essen war okay, aber nichts Besonderes, was bei den Preisen zu erwarten wäre. Wartezeit für Getränke sehr lang. Nach 2h wurden wir gebeten, den Tisch frei zu machen, worüber wir zu Beginn oder bei der Reservierung nicht informiert wurden. Service freundlich, aber zumindest in unserem Fall nicht gut untereinander abgesprochen.

Although the service was great the breakfast is not worth the money. We left hungry even though we shared a dessert and a tartar on top of each of our breakfast orders. And the mimosas were tiny.

J’y ai célébrer mon anniversaire sous forme de brunch. Ils ont été très agréable et bienveillant ! Les plats étaient succulents ainsi que les cafés et autre boissons. Un gros merci 🙏🏽 pour ce moment très chaleureux 🥰

Das Essen war hervorragend und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Zu Beginn, als nur einige Tische besetzt waren, war der Service sehr aufmerksam. Als sich das Restaurant füllte, hat die Aufmerksamkeit leider etwas nachgelassen. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schöner Abend, ich würde das Spindler auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
