Made a reservation for a group of 11 about a month out. When we got there, the hostess said they didn't have our reservation at all. When I showed my confirmation, they said they would try to seat us, but refused to give a time estimate. Finally after a half hour, we were seated. They were packed, and there was a party downstairs which made it super loud and super slow. Our waitress was great! But the rest of the experience was just okay. Wouldn't go back.

The staff was wonderful! They went above and beyond for our party of 16! I have a large family and it's difficult to do birthday dinners because most places can't accommodate. Spaghetti warehouse may just be our new goto after the wonderful experience we had!

Food was good, not amazing, but very good and prompt. We were a party of 9 and the apps we ordered were out quickly . Our server was good, but there seemed to be some confusion at the bar with our drinks , not sure what was going on there. We have visited here before, and will go back next time we are in Toledo. Dinner for 9 under $200 these days is tough, so I feel the Spaghetti Warehouse was a great value!

So many mistakes, food was wrong and did not taste very good. They kept saying they had 3 new people in the kitchen, why would you do that on a Saturday night?

Our server was great she took the time and helped us get a family picture. She was on top of everything. We did not have to ask for any refills. We had a group of ten and we all felt that we had individual service. Great food.

Even after scheduling months ahead and calling the restaurant over a week ahead to confirm the room, time, number of guests etc, they were not prepared and were not expecting us. There was quite a scramble at the last minute for them to put a room together (thankfully one was open) and we had an excellent server that made the day special. Also, their wheelchair ramp was not working (I was told it was) and this was discussed during my call with their manager ahead of the visit because the guest of honor uses a walker.

When you make a reservation they evidently don't check "the app" and have no idea you are coming. For a party of 12 on a Saturday night, that is a problem. Why do they offer reservations on open table if they don't check to see if there are any reservations scheduled? It was frustrating. Our waitress was excellent. Food was luke warm and not fully cooked.

Great time as always, we all had the Wednesday spaghetti special with one or two meat items, I had chili and meatballs on mine, both were good, but could have used more chili, but still good!

This place is pretty cool! The service was great and the ambiance was really fun! The appetizers were awesome, especially the chilli! The pepperoni spaghetti and manicotti was incredible!! The chicken Alfredo was meh … it lacked sauce and was just average. Dessert was awesome!

Waitress was working hard to keep up with bread consumption & in the process, forgot to fill our water glasses! 😂 The food was GONE by the time we left! Delicious! We added 2 on the day the reservation, but they still made it work. 😊

Had the 15 layer lasagna, it wasn’t flavorful, lacking in meat and sauce and undercooked. Service was great and had a reservation and was seated on time. I won’t go back because I didn’t care for the food.

The restaurant was quiet on the evening we visited, and therefore not as vibrant as I imagine it could be. The service was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed my dish of Spaghetti with chicken, broccoli and mushrooms. My husband, however, found his meal mediocre - he’d ordered the chicken parmigiana. The Spaghetti warehouse is a nice place for a quick meal and overall our experience was good.

The place was Great...Parking, Service, Food and Atmosphere could not have been better. The only negative thing I can think of would be their ADA accessibility. My Wife and I had to help my mother up and down stairs because there wasn't a ramp for her walker.

We had a party of 4 with reservations. Both couples were sat at different table’s. We finally found each other after 15 min. Apps came out cold! Salad and entrees came out at the same time! We ask for water 4 times! Never got the ranch dressings we ask for! Parm cheese came out with no lid on shaker! 🤨

The food was not good. Everything was over cooked and dry. Food was way over priced for the quality.

Everyone was so friendly and the service stands out in comparison with other restaurants. Loved being able to sit in the trolley car for our 10 year old’s experience but I don’t think there’s a bad table in the whole restaurant. The service is the #1 for this review but everything was outstanding.

Very busy but since we had a reservation we only had to wait a few minutes. All 4 in our party was very pleased with the food. We would definitely come back again.

We were first surprised to find the hostess had no record of our Open Table reservation. They weren’t busy and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was very pleasant but also very slow. Happily we weren’t in a hurry! The food portions were large as usual and good, but not excellent. We had more food than we could eat and had some to take home. Overall a good value and we’ll come back.

We love spaghetti warehouse,all of my family got together to celebrate my daughter's 17th birthday and the service was awesome
