We sat for 20 minutes and never had a wait person approach us. Three tables around us were seated and served before we were able to flag someone down to even get water. We talked to 3 different employees to help us, but our server never came. Finally we were able to get a waiter nearby take our order. We had a play to get to, so we only had time for soup and salad.

Awesome experience the reservation was actually a reservation there must have been 50 people when we walked in and we receded in like 4 minutes for it being a busy night and under pressure it was a 9 !

We were eating in the streetcar. A waitress, not our waitress, coming out of the kitchen said “I can’t wait for this effing (edited to avoid posting the actual word here) day to be over”. We had our two pre-teen granddaughters with us. They clearly heard this and mentioned it. Our waitress, the food and the lunch prices were all very good. Other than the cussing the kids (first time there) loved it and surely want to go again. Take away the cussing and we had a great visit. Probably a random thing that could happen in lots of restaurants where folks are seated near the kitchen. We probably cuss some too - but when staff needs to be aware of their environment and dial it back while at work.

I had made reservations 3 weeks prior requesting the trolley car for my grandkids. Upon arrival, place very busy (as we anticipated it would be) due to a performance at the local venue. When they found my reservation, it appeared that the car was already full and 1 server for it all. The one girl rolled her eyes shrugged her shoulders and said go ahead and put them there!!!!! REALLY???? Once seated the lone server was doing her very best to keep up, dealing with a table of 4 very demanding customers!!! We did wait a bit to get waited upon, but it was not the servers fault. Whomever had done the seating, was in error. Or there needed to be more servers. Maybe the girl who rolled her eyes could have been helping...other than just walking around??? Our meal was good, my grandkids had fun so it was a good all in all.

Arrived at reservation scheduled time. Restaurant had 2 trolley groups & 3 groups in main dining. Chairs upholstery or lack of made me cringe to sit on them. 2 of the 4 chairs at our table were a safety concern. Took 22 min for a server to greet us. That only happened after I approached the hostess to ask if we would have a server. She “would be w/us shortly”. 5 min later a diff server took our drink order & said she’d bring bread. A diff server 5 min later did the same. 10 min later food order taken. 30 min later received our food. Portions were deplorable for the price. I ordered spaghetti w/marinara at $13. There may have been 3oz of spaghetti & 1/4 c of sauce. Adult child 1 ordered fettuccine Alfredo. It had a crusty film on it & was discolored because it had sat so long prior to being served. Adult child 2 ordered chicken Parmesan. It was a reasonable portion but was room temperature. The bread, brought by both servers that had a communication break down was fresh & warm. Overall, felt gross in there. Not conducive to a dining experience. Service was below par. Food was mediocre. Staff couldn’t explain the difference in marinara versus tomato sauce. I assume those are two staples at a spaghetti restaurant & that would be server 101. Overpriced, dingy & service wasn’t acceptable. Will not return. Fazoils would be a much better option.

Terrible service. Had to ask for a waitress 3 times after being sat by the hostess. Won’t be going back. Had to ask for everything throughout the meal. The waitress did t check to see if we needed anything after getting our meals. She was nice just before bringing the bill & finally showed some interest. I couldn’t even tell you her name because she didn’t bother telling us.

Valentines Day deal was wonderful. Our server was great. She juggled a 12 person table and us and did it well. Wish they had parking. Didn’t like the panhandler outside when we left. He was harassing anyone who left the restaurant.

I’m assuming they were short staffed. On a Saturday. Took us 45 minutes to get our appetizer & drinks. Took an hour and a half after we ordered (eggplant parm, fettuccine, and 2 spaghetti kids meals) to get our meals. Our server was amazing though. Always stopping by to check on us, update us and bring us what he could.

Went here for a early Valentines dinner and absolutely loved it. Wa seated quickly and waitress was quick to start our order. Food was delicious as always. I'm so glad I found this spaghetti warehouse as ours in Columbus is not the same since closing the original. Anyone missing the original one in Columbus should really consider coming to this one . I will be back very soon.

Went to this location due to desired location closed. Birthday dinner reservations turned out not so great.... longer than normal wait for food that was cold and over cooked dry chicken. Service was not the greatest slow or did not exist. Had to request for refills or flag the waitress down multiple times.

It was a Friday night and the Cher Show going on. Very crowded but the atmosphere was great and the food was perfect. Not my first time eating there and will definitely go back

The restaurant’s glory days were almost 40 years ago at this point, and much of the fixtures show their age. However, there’s a nostalgia factor that keeps three generations of my family coming back to celebrate special occasions. On this visit, the dining room was clean and relatively lovely, the food was basic but good, the service was great. Overall, a great experience. Set your expectations appropriately, and give the old dame a try.

The server seemed spread too thin - service was very slow. I don’t think it was the servers fault- I think she had too many tables. We were at the table for over 30 minutes before we got any bread or salads. Had to ask for my bill and the bill was wrong. Over all dinner took over 1.5 hours which is much longer than it should have taken…

The restaurant is run down. The table was sticky and the chairs were torn. Our family was seated in the bar area and we made reservations days before. When asked to sit in the almost-empty dining room, I was told that we couldn’t move. Servers walked by our table for 15 minutes without even acknowledging us. We got up to leave and someone finally came by. Overall, the sauce was great as always, but the food was not plated as well as it was when we went years ago. Overall, we noticed a decline in the quality. We will not be returning.

The booth we sat in was very uncomfortable. The waitress was friendly but disappeared at the end of our meal and we had to wait 30 minutes for our bill. Food was great. Loud environment. Great esthetics.

Pasta and sauce and meatballs are excellent, but not the alfredo. They changed the alfredo sauce and it's okay but not as good as it used to be. Service was excellent. Surroundings are gross. Carpet is dirty and chairs need re-covered really bad, huge tears, holes, etc. Table was wobbly and needs repaired also. Lights hanging from ceiling are beautiful with stained glass. Bathroom needs attention, somewhat clean but both towel dispensers are broken so you have to use a huge roll of paper towels that everyone has touched with wet hands. Gross. Also, manager's office needs cleaned and organized. Door stays open frequently and it looks horrible in there! You can see clutter from the outside windows also. Just unprofessional. Overall, good eating experience but the building and furniture needs attention pretty bad. Let's try to keep our customers happy that have been there for YEARS and counting!

My family and I had a reservation for 8 at 5:30 PM. We were seated right away. However, by 7:30 PM we had one round of drinks, we were never asked if we needed refills, bread and salads. Tables around us, big or small, we’re receiving their drinks, refills and food in a timely manner. So, it was evident that it was our waitress that wasn’t up to snuff. Were frequent diners to the Spaghetti Warehouse, sadly…we won’t be back anytime soon. We took the kids to chick fil an and had fresh hot dinners and excellent service!!

Last time I ate at a Spaghetti Warehouse was 20 years ago. I don't know if the quality has gone down or my tastebuds are more mature, but it was not good. The service was very slow. We had reservations and came at 4:45, but were still not done by 6:30! The server forgot to give us bread, then when she did, forgot to give us bread plates. The food all tasted like frozen meals. Our noodles were way overcooked. Perhaps my 13 year old didn't notice, but my husband and I did. The waitress seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. None of the staff looked happy.

My wife and I were able to split a lasagna platter and a salad. We each had plenty to eat for the price on one meal. The flavor, texture, and presentation of the food was very good.

It wasn't near as good as previous visits, but it had been about a year since we've been there. It's obvious they are cutting menu items and food quality to help with costs. My examples are stale bread and no garlic butter, just plain butter. My meat spaghetti sauce tasted like it was just dumped out of a can and actually didn't have any meat in it. We probably won't be back unfortunately. It was always good to go to if you had something going on in downtown Dayton.

We were there almost 2 hours and only got bread, salads and cold appetizers. We saw our waitress twice and never once were able to get our drinks refilled. We had to end up canceling our entrees because we had plans after dinner that we would’ve missed if we waited on our food. Easily the worst dinner experience we’ve ever had.

This was our first time at spaghetti warehouse. The host asked us upon entering if it was ok that we were sat in the trolley. Of course that was fine with us! The environment was so much fun! Everyone seemed very happy. There was even a wedding rehearsal taking place in the back. Our food was great. The service on the other hand, not very good. Once she took our order it was like pulling teeth to get her to come back to the table. I did not get a refill until she brought the check. I had all of the dishes stacked for someone to grab as they walked by but no one ever did take them. We ordered a lot of food so I needed boxes to take some home. I figured at the least she would grab the dishes when she brought the boxes. I was wrong. There was not even room for her to set the boxes down so she just handed them to me and walked away. With those boxes she brought us the dessert we ordered to go. They were out of what my son ordered so she just took it upon herself to bring him something different instead of asking if that was ok. To put the left overs in the boxes I had to move the empty dishes to another table. Overall the food was great but if I go back and she walked up to take my order I would just leave. I did let the host know on my way out. I hate being that person but the problem can’t be fixed if they don’t know.

We had not been in several months and reading some of the latest reviews, I had concerns. However, we were very pleasantly surprised. We were seated right away and our server was amazing. Very excellent service. My mom and I split the Ultimate Feast for Two, but I think it would have fed 4. Everything was delicious. The chicken parm was excellent. It looks like they have done a little updating since we were there last. Everything seemed clean. Our only “complaints” (if we can call them that) are that the bread was over baked and did not taste quite the same. Not as sourdoughy. The sangria also seemed a little water-downed. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.
