    45 minutes late getting seated for our reservation. Our waitress was wonderful and when we explained we were trying to get to the Broadway show she was very quick to take our order and get our food. It was extremely frustrating to be seated so late and have to rush dinner. Not sure I’ll return.

    Food was good like in the past. But the nostalgia was totally missing. That was part of the fun in going to the old location. Chairs were comfortable. Bread was undercooked

    Lasagna was good, and we got lots of bread. They don’t serve sparkling water/club soda/seltzer. They were out of red velvet cake.

    Went there for my daughters 15th (mentioned it in app and in person). Subpar experience all around. Probably done with it as it’s not the same as the original location.

    Went back in Dec and was a bit disappointed. Today, food and service much better. Talked to manager and they are still working on improving both. They did finally get normal size beverage glasses! Most folks still want more of the old decorating touches (brass beds, etc), but it doesn’t sound like they have plans to add them. Wish they would though, nostalgia is a powerful marketing tool they could really use in their favor. BTW, to alleviate any confusion with parking, the only garage that they will validate parking in is the Main Columbus Commons Garage at 55 E Rich St. This is the large above ground garage that sits between Rich and Main. When validated it will cost you $2 to park there. This even applies during times when the garage is charging more for Event Parking, still $2. Hope this helps.

    Confused on where we were supposed to park. Apparently the restaurant will validate your parking ticket but the lot is across the Commons

    Really missed the original warehouse ambiance. The new restaurant is pretty but the original was unique and fun. Food portions was very small. Our waitress never told us her name and we had to ask 2 or 3 tines before we got anything. Menu is very limited compared to original menu. Menu on line is expanded but in restaurant it is not. We celebrated 2 birthdays and it was never mentioned. My 79 year old mother always wanted to go there for her birthday but wants to find a different place now.

    Had a reservation and it wasn’t ready for 20 minutes. Host has zero idea when it would be ready. Sat up at the bar and got ignored for 15 minutes so we left.

    Reservation at 6:30 arrived at 6:25, seated at 6:55. Wife had fettuccini and it was very good, I ordered chicken Marsala and I have to say it was the worst Marsala I ever had anywhere. I couldn’t eat it. The side was fettuccini and it was good. Asked for Ice for my iced tea never got. Waitress got seated 4 tables within 10 mins. Not her fault in my opinion.
