Waiter forgot to bring drinks. Food was luke warm to cold. The bread was good. The restaurant looked run down. All but three letters on the outside sign were out. Seating was quick

Spaghetti Warehouse is always a little hit or miss, but this time our server was especially atrocious. “Becky” was flat out rude, never speaking in full sentences but rather sticking her hand out for a plate or looking at us to order instead of asking what we would like. At one point she came up and asked if it was all one check- my 6 year old had just spilled her drink and was upset. Becky looked completely ticked off that I wasn’t answering quick enough and none of the other adults heard her say anything. She also didn’t offer to help with the spill. Eventually she set our paid checks down without saying a word to us… when you’re paying to eat out you shouldn’t be made to feel like you’re an inconvenience to the server. Also, there was a murder mystery event going on in the open party room which was really loud and obnoxious, complete with fake gun shots (even a startled waitress let out a scream). It was really bizarre for a busy Sunday evening at 5:00pm. Food was decent and definitely the best part (good portions) but we will not be going back anytime soon…

Lasagna & Chicken Parm were very good! Waitress was very friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. We enjoyed our dinner very much.

We are from Pittsburgh and our local Spaghetti Warehouse has been closed for a few years, so we were super excited to come to Akron, see the eclipse, and eat again at the SW. Food was awful. The chicken parm sandwich was dry and burnt, the lasagna was cold and falling over, and the wild mushroom pasta was dry. The waiter was nice, though. Sorry to say we won't be back if we're ever in Akron again. :(

Service was terrible from beginning in trying to get our table. Waitress was kind and tried to move quickly. Food was awful, bland. The restrooms were disgusting. Has really gone downhill since we there a few years ago.

We made reservations and were seated quickly. Service was great. Atmosphere is very cool. Salad that comes with the meal is from a bag. I received a big chunk of the core. Italian dressing was good. Calamari was bland. We ordered the lasagna and the eggplant parmigiana for dinner. Lasagna was delicious. Eggplant parmigiana was not good. Eggplant wasn't cooked enough.

Mediocre dining experience. A member of my table ordered the chicken broccoli pasta and it did not say anything about having mushrooms in it and it came covered in mushrooms which this person does not like. When we asked the waitress about it she simply said there wasn't enough room on menu to include all the ingredients in the dishes and that she didn't like mushrooms either. The wedding soup was very pepper heavy and the cheese ravioli came out cold covered in chunky sauce that was only luke warm. Overall a disappointing meal.
