Made 5:30 reservations because that and 8pm were all that was open and we could also get Early Bird discount. We got behind a wreck so our drive was slightly delayed. I couldn’t leave earlier because I had to wait on him to get out of school. I called to let them know. We still got in but they wouldn’t give discount and we still got there at 5:40. That was disappointing. Server was good and food was good. Pricey.

We had the most OBNOXIOUS table seated next to us. It made date night with my spouse miserable. We couldn’t even hear each other. They should have offered to move us. It was not a busy night.

Simply Fondue Ft. Worth never fails to get everything right! Now that they open earlier, it has made it even easier to have this great meal experience and get home to other parts of the metroplex at a reasonable hour. Service is always friendly, and the food is delicious.

We've been here before but unfortunately, this wasn't the best dining experience. We arrived at the host/hostess stand at 7:03p and we were seated promptly. After about 15 minutes nobody had come by the table or acknowledged us. Our server walked by us and said "I'm so sorry, I'll be with y'all shortly." Then another 5 minutes went by and an 'assistant' came by to take our drink orders. We tried to order alcoholic drinks and he only said he could tell our server our orders. I asked what the rotating draft beer was and he didn't know. We finally got our drinks at 7:30(although they brought the wrong beer and had to go back and fix it.) I've worked in restaurants before and know that if you're in the weeds, you let a manager know and they help. I don't know if our server was just oversat, didn't tell the manager, or something else. We were in no rush so it wasn't a big deal that it took longer but 30 minutes to get a drink is pretty unacceptable. It just seemed like our server(who was very nice and personable) had too many tables and not enough help. The food was delicious as always. Just frustrating that it took 2+ hours to get everything from start to finish. We opted not to notify a manager as we don't want anyone getting in trouble but I'm hoping this super slow service was a one-night thing. We'll be back but if the service is slow again, we'll look elsewhere next time.

On Saturday, my Wife and I had a dinner at Simply Fondue. We picked a 4PM reservation. It was a great choice. It was our first visit there. We were promptly greeted and taken to our table. Our server Dylan made very clear presentation of the menu. He is an awesome employee there. We selected smoked gouda cheese with bacon to start the experience. We also had spinach and strawberries salad, different meats for main course and chocolate dessert. And of course we had a bottle of champagne🥂🍾 The food was amazing and it was fun to play with it why we were preparing/cooking it at the table. The restaurant manager paid us a visit, making sure everything was well. We loved the restaurant setting and ambiance. They have very nice lounge, however, we didn’t need to use it. Love that place and would recommend it to anyone wishing to have good food and fun time.

ORION this universe wouldn’t be the same without you!!! First time coming, came with my boyfriend and we had the best time!!! The best server I’ve ever met, we ended up being one of the last tables which I hated but it was so worth it, met an angel who didn’t make us feel bad for it!!! Will be coming again, drinks could be stronger 👀

The food is amazing and met every bit of our expectations. The servers Dillon and Gavin made the experience even better. Such great customer service and very friendly. They helped us make a meal the whole family would enjoy. Actually, the servers and the bussers were fantastic. One thing to mention, the ventilation could be improved. We are guessing that with all the steam and spices in the air, our eyes started to burn over the course of the meal. Perhaps better ventilation would help with this. This helps with decreasing the spread of illness as well. Overall, we loved the whole experience and will be back again!

One of my daughter’s friends expressed that this was the best night of her life, which brought immense joy to my heart. The Valentines Day experience was wonderful. My wife and I had a great time from beginning to end. The food was excellent, especially the lobster tail. This definitely gets our recommendation.

Do yourself a favor - drive to Arlington and go to the Melting Pot. This place is much more expensive than the melting pot, the food is not as good, and they still seem like it’s opening weekend from a service perspective (our waiter was nice, but clueless…forgot to put in drink orders, couldn’t really articulate his thoughts, etc). On the plus, it is in a cool speak easy like basement location, BUT with really poor ventilation (prepare for watering eyes the entire time). There were vents above us that didn’t seem to be working, but after every table around us complained they seemed to finally start working…seems like either a poor management or maintenance issue. For a $300 dinner, you should expect better.

Our server Dylan was very personable. The other staff member that seated us, cleared dishes, and checked on us were also very kind. This is a fun place to go for birthday/anniversary celebrations because it is an experience, not just food.
