We made reservations while traveling through Anchorage on a Holland cruise. It was recommend to us. We requested a table with a window view. The hostess was very accommodating and made it happen. Food was great. I would recommend.

Simon’s never disappoints. I eat here whenever I am in town, for the last 40 years. Service was outstanding food was delicious, they were extremely busy and were still very attentive. I will always come back, not to mention the amazing ambience and view

Received a recommendation from a local. They didn’t steer us wrong. Crab-stuffed halibut was outstanding. Asiago-crusted halibut cheeks were also very good. Food was perfectly prepared. Our server Clara was very helpful and nice. We enjoyed our visit and would return.

I am on a business trip with a couple colleagues. The serve was great, friendly and quick. The food was absolutely amazing. Great way to start my first dining experience in Alaska!

They had a special menu for Mother’s Day which included 3 different halibut dishes but they were out of it all by 7:00. One meal was cold. Salmon on both meals ordered was dry. Salad was dry on one person. Part of the reason is that they were taking walk-ins in front of reservations. Their kitchen crashed Our reservation was 7 and they didn’t seat us until 8. Food came out at 9:30.

Food has good flavor, but came out kinda cold. This is my third time visiting within the last year and every time the food hasn’t been served hot. Beautiful view though!

Service was SLOW. Calamari was cold. Arugula salad was small. Prime rib was very fatty and juice was cold. I was brought a mimosa instead of the drink I ordered. We were there 2 hours! Way too long. Very disappointed.

My waiter was absolutely amazing. I booked the reservation to sit next to the window but it wasn’t honored. No big deal but something f to note if you are going for an ocean view. The King Salmon was overcooked but the rest of the food was amazing. Be sure to get dessert

I havnt been to a restauraunt in a long time that had excellent service and Simon and Seafort’s was amazing! They were kind, attentive, and on top of it for our large party!

Very good. My husband loves the halibut cheeks. They are very accommodating to allergens issues. Service was a bit slow when we arrived for getting drinks but it was a busy Friday and other than that, service was outstanding. Always a good place to dine.

Simon & Seafort's is BACK!! A couple of years ago I had two poor experiences here with disappointing food quality, incorrect orders, and very slow service. Perhaps it was related to the effects of Covid and staff turnaround. But my last 3 visits over the past year have all been excellent. My most recent visit this month was with friends from out of town and everything was great!! The food was back to the high-quality deliciousness I have been accustomed to when eating at S & S, the service was excellent (Kathleen did a fabulous job taking care of our party of 8) and the food arrived in a timely manner. I am again finding S & S to be my favorite place to dine in Anchorage!!

Our server was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable and the food superb, as always! The view cannot be beaten. This is my favorite Anchorage restaurant.

3 out of 6 dinners came out improperly cooked. I guess the 4rth time is the charm. Please be advised they “ cure” their prime rib. So apparently it doesn’t cook the same. I guess we should have ordered fish.

My wife ordered a fettuccine dish.. sauce was runny and not creamy as expected.. the chef would not fix it.. we ordered another dish for her but took awhile.. disappointed as we always used to go for our anniversary but we think not anymore..

Next day reservation for a party of 13 isn't easy to come by but Simon's pulled it off and it was amazing. The staff was friendly and great with kids. Our food was quick and delicious.

The vegetarian food option was a stirfry. The first attempt was sweeter than dessert. They re-made it. Now, There was a big mound of rice with a half cup of poorly made veggie stir fry - mushrooms, soft onions, tough and fibrous asparagus and cherry tomatoes!!! I can make a much better stirfry at home, thank you!!! There was no effort by the chef (unlike years past when i have had excellent vegetarian food there). All in all a major failure by the chef. My companion’s broccolini was also woody! Will not go there again.

service was slow we waited 20 min for dessert, waitress asked at beginning of meal service andy allergies i said strawberries i ordered the pork chop dinner and it was so spicy i asked what seasonings and they said cajon spices, it was do e to perfection but way too spicy for me menu should have said cajon pork chop our waitress comped me a creme brûlée and it was topped with a half of a half of a strawberry i could only eat part if it since im allergic managers were just standing around not walking around asking how meals were or welcoming

Everything was great (food, staff, etc) and we had a wonderful time. The only downside was the noise level. Some of our party were hard of hearing and basically tuned out of our table’s lively conversation. I know that a hard issue to fix buts it’s getting to be a real problem on our aging population.
