Sharps RoastHouse has been voted one of the best Seatac restaurants. We are a local restaurant and bar next door to Seatac Airport (Seattle International Airport), just outside of Seattle. We offer scratch American Cuisine, fine crafted cocktails and Northwest wine and beer. Our custom roasting works showcases our 12-hour Hereford Prime Rib, Applewood Smoked St Louis Ribs and spit fired organic rotisserie chicken. Perfect for a quick bite before a flight or layover or after picking up a hungry friend from a long day of traveling.

A gem if staying near SeaTac airport, excellent array of craft brews and whiskys, and high end smoked meats. Their sister venue Vons on 1st Avenue in downtown Seattle is also excellent, slight variation on menu but lots of signature dishes as well.

Food servers bring all your dishes at once, no comments, no smiles, like a cheap diner. Mediocre food, including the prime rib. We even bought a $50 bottle of wine. Not worth the expense or time. Wouldn’t recommend.

Had some appetizers Mac and cheese with pork. Very good. Waitress was excellent at guiding our selections so we didn’t get too much. The happy hour specials were great and the drinks were tasty.

Close to the airport, in front of Hotel Aviator. Very good food and good service.

The restaurant was very busy, yet we were able to get in to a table before our reservation. Our server Joshua was great and explained the food we were decided on in great detail. The food was very delicious, and the portions were good size to have leftovers.

Customer service and food was outstanding! It was my first time to visit at the SharpRoast House. The server (curly hair, tall guy) was very informative about their menu that everything was made from scratch like the bread and pasta. I’ll comeback and check for the evening. I went morning in the restaurant. By the way, the reservations using OPENTABLE was outstanding because always reminding about my reservations at SharpRoast House if I still want the reserve.

This a favorite go-to near the airport. Everything is good, but my two favorites are the The Northwest Applewood Smoked Salmon Pasta, and the Classic Prime Dip sandwich. Honestly, neither of these dishes are typical. Sharp's features sourdough breads and pasta, and the smoked salmon is so tender and flaky. So good! There used to be a salad called Proper Greens that was amazing. I'm hoping they'll bring that back. Fun fact: If you have a Washington Driver's License, there is a 20% discount at lunch (11-2), and if your food doesn't come in 15 minutes, it's free.
