Unfortunately they were quite understaffed despite hundreds of us descending on the hotel. Must have been a worker shortage. The staff did their best and were kind. We got our food and drinks eventually. Food was tasty.

Service was slow, we were in a room that felt like a board room and on our own, so seemed less attentive, food was bland and pricing was high for a meal that did fill us but felt like the quality was not there

I have no idea what the restaurant was like because A) the reservation was not recognized by the restaurant and B) the restaurant was closed for the time that I booked. I am no longer using OpenTable for reservations as I don't think restaurants use it or recognize it. Or it's just a bad app.

We had a wonderful meal. Jude was our waiter and he was great. He was friendly, had a good sense of humour and was attentive to our table. The dining area was nice and we enjoyed our evening.

The service was exemplary. The reason I say this is because there was a mishap during our meal, which our server, Don, handled professionally and the restaurant took full responsibility for. We were very appreciative. The meal tastes delicious, and based on our experience, we will be back.

Coconut shrimp, foraged salad with salmon and warm lava cake was an incredible meal! Don was an amazing server full of care and class! Looking forward to my next visit!

CHRISTMAS DINNER AT THE WESTIN Such a lovely, lovely Christmas dinner evening. Sammy, our food service person was wonderful. The meal was delicious. The chef took great care with presentation as well as great tasting food. I would come here next year for Christmas dinner again. It was that good!! Moderately priced. I was thinking about doing the Fairmont but at $140 a plate I could not do it. WESTIN was $60 for three courses and it was well worth it! Generous portions, fantastic taste and really good service. The room is a little bit clinical, but I think given what they have to work with it was beautifully decorated, ambiance was pretty good, nice quiet, formal, special Christmas dinner. Highly recommend for next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
