Deep wood tones in our lounge and restaurant as well as unique lighting features, create the feel of a historic casino steakhouse combined with the modern wonder of culinary advancements. Chef Bill and Chef Gary will wow you from the exhibition kitchen, creating unique steak and seafood combinations. Prime cuts, local/organic vegetable and ingredients, and the knowledge and some secrets from Chefs who have traveled the world.

Our meals were delicious. Staff and service was excellent. I had the filet and my husband had the pork chop.

Best restaurant in the entire county. We have touristy places down Main Street Durango, but drive the extra miles to Seven Rivers! It was the BEST meal we had since the last time we were there. The ambiance is outstanding! No smoke in the casino! The food outstanding! The service is comparble to a high end New York restaurant. the staff is so well trained. Not like the ski bums that wait on you in Durango. Sorry, that's just a fact. Do not hesitate, you will be so impressed!

Steak and fish were both over cooked. Staff was nice and it’s a nice place but for the price the food was just average.

Food was very good. I ordered my steak rare and it was slightly overcooked. My wife had the stuffed halibut and it was excellent.

We have been going to Seven Rivers on our special occasions over the last five years and have never had bad service or bad food. Everything has been five-star as far as we’re concerned. Bon appétit.

Our waiter Taylor was awesome as normal. The chairman's steak that is always ordered by the boyfriend was great as was our muscles. The only thing that made me kinda hmmm was I was craving the French onion soup and wedge salad so that is what I ordered for dinner, soup yum yum as always but my wedge salad was a bit lacking exspecially for the price. Normally it's nice big with lots of toppings. This time it was pretty small. But over all still our favorite place for date night. This time was my mother's day dinner and date night. Thank you.
