Located in NYC's premiere “suburban” oasis, we bring energy to the ground floor of The Art House New York Hotel. We are a friendly destination for families, professionals and visitors. Vibrant frescos grace the walls while the pizza oven takes center stage. Our dining room offers expansive vies of the busy streets, while our patio seating puts guests right in the middle of the action. We offer delicious Italian cuisine, featuring fresh pastas, pizzas, seafood and meats.

UPDATED COVID-19 POLICY:In adherence to the NYC mandate, all eligible guests 12 years and older must be vaccinated against Covid-19 to enter our restaurant. You will need to provide proof of at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccination to enter & dine indoors. The following are acceptable proof of vaccination with a matching valid ID: NYS Excelsior Pass, State or Country issued digital pass or Vaccination Card. Unvaccinated guests are welcome to dine outdoors. Outdoor dining is on a first come, first serve policy.

    Loved it! Food was awesome and they didn't rush us even though we were the last table. Very good music and atmosphere.

    The person who waited on us was great. The food came fast and was delicious. Great dinner!!

    The salads my friend and I ordered were wonderful. They were fairly large and the ingredients were fresh. The staff was attentive. The restaurant can be busy at dinnertime but it was relatively quiet at lunchtime.

    All is great. Not sure why for leftovers you are given a box and you have to do it yourself at your table (no, it’s not covid nor a dept of health regulation - it’s the restaurant being lazy). Makes it look like a cheap diner

    Food was decent. The waiter was ok, had to ask for bread twice. The kitchen took a minute getting out the apps and dinner came out before we were done with appetizers. Not bad but not great.

    This is our neighborhood spot, and we love it. Whether I'm with my fiance, or my nineteen year old, we are always happy. The Gavi is exceptional and they serve the best gluten free spaghetti I've ever had. Always a pleasure.

    Considering it was Mother's Day, I thought everything was very good Great service, food came in a timely fashion and was quite good. Also we had a very nice table. All in all a good experience.

    I have been a regular at this location for years. Yesterdays meal was markedly worse than ever before. Salad was barely dressed. Octopus was inedible. Calamari which was always excellent appeared to be straight out of the freezer. Prices continue to climb and quality has dropped. I will give it another try as maybe it was a bad day there. I suspect the insane rents make it harder to maintain quality. Sad to post this actually but felt compelled.

    Food was delicious. Pasta Bolognese was incredible, as was the Branzino. We shared a salad which was large enough to enjoy between us. It was dressed perfectly. The profiteroles were also delicious. All in all, it was an enjoyable lunch.
