The atmosphere, view and presentation of the buffet were 5 star. The quality and overall flavor of the food was top notch and comparable to other high end Dallas restaurants. The variety and choices in food was more than I expected, especially for the pastries. Kudos to the pastry chef for sure. The only downside of the day was our waiter acted like he didn’t want to be there. He seemed annoyed at simple requests like “hot water” for tea. Maybe he was just having a bad. The other staff members were very friendly and accommodating. For $85 per person this is the best Mother’s Day buffet we have been to in Dallas.

The food was fine but paled in comparison to Mother's Day Buffets in years past, circa early 2000s. Bacon was crisp but on the thin side. Fish was rather bland but ok. Sirloin was fine, but horseradish sauce too mild. Mimosa was rather skimpy for the price and took 30 minutes to arrive. Coffee took too long and then was only warm. Sent it back and it was piping hot but quite bitter, hard to drink. Blue cheese great but could have had more selection of cheeses. Plates were not cleared. Had to get my own silverware for the second plate of food. We were taken to a table that was not ready and then told to wait in middle or dining area while waiter went to find another. Then took us to a table far away from the buffet and with a blocked view out the window. We rejected it and it still took over five minutes to relocate us while we just stood in the dining room Overall, it was quite a disappointment and we are doubtful return customers. Music was so loud we could not hear to check in at the restaurant. The food was very good with few exceptions, waffles and pancakes were hard, that they sat too long under the lights. The selection was exceptional. Sous vide steak was delicious. We continually like the ambiance and the waitstaff. So the cons are very few. The loud music, the elevator was not working until 9:50 then we had to tell someone in the lobby, and the waffles were hard. Thanks for an amazing Mother's Day.

We had the most lovely Mother’s Day Brunch! Our server was amazing and kind, the food was delicious and the overall ambience was wonderful. They made the Moms in our group feel very special!

Went for Mother’s Day Brunch. We went in 2023 and it was excellent—the food selection, quality, service, and especially the value. Last year it was $55 per person. This year they increased the rice by more than 50%, up to $85 per person, which we were willing to pay because of last year’s experience. But we won’t return. The selection and choices were pretty sparse (how do you not serve smoked salmon on a buffet that’s $85/pp?), and while what they did have was ok (omelette bar was good, kids liked the fruity pebbles French toast), nothing blew any of us away. It was pretty run of the mill. The mac and cheese was tasteless, the roasted chicken was dry, there were no salads at all, and the deserts were uninspired and, again, sparse. No pies or cakes—just some individual little things that did not look appetizing and iced cookies that tasted odd. Service was mostly good. After tip it was around $100 per person. I don’t mind paying that for a special occasion but there should be lots of interesting choices and the food should be top notch and this was anything but.

Beautiful View, best in Dallas. Food was delicious and excellent portions perfect for sharing or indulging solo. Definitely try the chopped salad and Flat Iron and do not miss the enhancements. Will be back again soon.

Wow, just wow! Ser blew us away with an unforgettable dining experience! From the super-friendly hostess to our awesome server John Michael and Chef Aubrey Murphy's culinary dream team, every moment felt like genuine hospitality. The food? Incredible. And don't even get me started on the ambiance and that killer city view – just breathtaking! A massive shoutout to the whole kitchen crew for whipping up one of the best meals we've had in ages. Thank you chef!!! Seriously, every dish was bursting with passion and talent. And big props to Ron the GM, our rockstar server John, and the sommelier Phil – you guys made our night extra special. Let's talk food highlights: the hand-minced beef tuna tartare? A carnivore's dream. Bone marrow with empire bread? Delish! And that platinum strip steak? Cooked to absolute perfection. Don't even get me started on the corn crème brûlée and Brussels sprouts – addictive! Oh, and major kudos for catering to my pregnant wife with those killer mocktails. As for me, I couldn't get enough of those martinis and that fine wine selection. And dessert? Chocolate three ways with an espresso martini and a latte – perfection. Already planning our next Ser adventure – can't come soon enough!

Excellent service, server was fantastic, drinks were amazing. The view was fabulous and the overall ambiance was very nice. All the sides…Mac and cheese, Brussels, excellent. They missed hard on the steak, which is their speciality. The price did not reflect the taste nor the temp. Both of us ordered medium rare and rare plus and both steaks came out well done. I wasn’t going’s to make a fuss about it. If the fillet was priced at $40 rather than $75 it would have been more on par but a $75 steak should be jumping off the plate with flavor but also cooked how we requested. The prices here didn’t match the food experience but maybe it was just an off night.

The food was good. The view was great as well. Our server was great. Our entree was brought out a little too soon so we found ourselves trying to hurry our salad so that our steak wouldn’t get cold. The piano playing was quite loud. I expected classical music since it is an upscale restaurant but it was more bar music. I feel like that cheapens the ambiance. Just my opinion. Our service was great. Although I did like the food the music and how loud it was played would probably keep me from going back. My husband and I had a hard time hearing each other.

Three of us went to dinner here. Robert was our server and Daniel, our Busser - Robert single handedly made our dinner an experience! He was knowledgeable of the menu and was very outgoing. Daniel is a hard worker! The food (lamb, steak, scallops) were ALL amazing and cooked to perfection! Ambiance was relaxing and enjoyable! Five stars!

Reserved this restaurant on a whim for my sister's surprise proposal, and it turned out to be an excellent choice! The private dining area added a special touch to the occasion, and our waiter, Robert, provided exceptional service throughout the evening. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious, and the attention to detail was phenomenal. We'll definitely be making future reservations at this restaurant and will be recommending it to friends, with a special mention to ask for Robert for an unforgettable dining experience!

Celebrated my 22nd birthday at this restaurant with four other friends. The food, service, and music were excellent. The only issue we had is that our tab was incorrectly charged for another tab, instead of being charged $354 we were charged half that amount for $900. This was a big mistake. We hope this doesn’t happen again to another guest.

Went here for our Anniversary, place was amazing and not too loud . The food was very good and fairly priced. Great for special occasions. Our waiter was so good we felt like she was our own private waiter with the top notch service she gave. We will be back.

Amazing views of downtown Dallas! Hannah was an excellent server, friendly and helpful! The dry ice presentation of the oysters was amazing! My ribeye was good, but way too much salt which is why I gave the food a 4 star instead of 5. The barbecue sauce that Hannah suggested to go with my fries was delicious. Overall, a great meal, but the salty steak was a bit too much to give it a full 5 stars.

The restaurant was absolutely beautiful! The whole atmosphere was amazing! The staff made sure to welcome us, says congratulations for our anniversary, we got a glass of champagne to toast & they decorated the table in a cute way! Wonderful time celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. The food was so good! The view is amazing! Service was a little slow but nothing to complain about. We just enjoyed our company.

I was there for a business dinner. Great service and amazing food. Delicious beet salad followed by scallops and Brussel sprouts, then a very creative cheesecake. I would definitely go back!

Great food and excellent scenery! My wife and I really enjoyed our meal at SĒR, it was our first date after welcoming our first-born child into the world!

The food and service were both outstanding. We had shared apps, the 40 oz Cadillac ribeye, and desserts. It was our anniversary and the team made us feel welcome and well attended to. The drinks from the bar were outstanding. Our server was top notch. The food was impeccably prepared. Overall, we were beyond pleased with our visit!

Everyone was welcoming and kind from the moment we walked in the door, except for one of the men behind the bar. The food was great and the whole experience was one that we want to repeat in the future.

I took my wife here for our 8th wedding anniversary. The atmosphere, service and food were all incredible!! This is a great place to go for a fancy night out.
