If we were to take out a personal ad, we would describe ourselves as fun, outgoing, energetic and good looking. The good looking part might be a stretch, but the other words fit us perfectly.

Our Philosophy is simple: have fun, let yourself go.

I had a Philadelphia sub, the meat was tuff. My wife had fajitas plate, it was good. Also the waiter put a tip charge on are bill. We didn't appreciate that at all. He did not inform us on the charge. Our experience overall was not good.

We have been coming to this Snr Frogs for the last 3 years. In my honest opinion it is not as good as it used to be. Hardly any on stage entertainment. The dJ only plays small sections of music and then mixes it into another track. It was better when they used to remove the tables and chairs after, I think 10pm, so that people could dance. Still had a good time.

We had the best time. Staff was amazing. Went up amd beyond and were so friendly. Got the whole restaurant and bar included. We cant wait to go back

Great experience! Staff was very friendly and nice, the food was incredible! Music is just too loud, like a nightclub, but I think that’s the point of the restaurant. Overall great food and experience and would recommend!

Great place to watch NFL playoffs. Fun party atmosphere. Food was excellent when we first arrived but went downhill as the night went on. Our last appy we ordered was cold in the middle. All in all a fun time if you like loud.

Have been a couple times this week. Ambiance great, food good. WATCH for TIPS when paying. Last evening my wife when paying was presented the credit card machine that the server pre loaded a 30% tip. He said “all right, all right” expecting her to accept his pre determined tip for himself and only changed it when challenged…. Not ok. She still tipped him well - I would have left zero - poor behaviour. Watch out. Senior Frogs - please educate your staff this is not ever acceptable and not doing this is a condition of employment.

Llegue tiempo después de la hora de la reserva. Había pagado 12.000 pesos mexicanos por 4 personas para año nuevo, efectivamente no había mesa al llegar, no tenían donde ubicarnos, nos dejaron un buen tiempo en la entrada esperando sin resolvernos y la respuesta es que por no llegar a tiempo vendieron la mesa. La gerente aseguró que me desembolsarían el dinero y aún estoy en espera. No recomiendo el lugar.

We made a booking for their location in Pkaya del Carmen and received an email to confirm not realizing that Senor frogs moved us to the Cancun location and so we accidentally made this booking and the restaurant would not respond to our request to cancel. I will now have to go through my bank to be refunded. Open table should not have allowed a location switch to occur without my request to do so. I am very disappointed in open table and Senor Frogs.

NYE party was family games. Was looking to dance and party. It reminded me of a kids 12th birthday party. The only thing that was missing was the clowns. Also was annoyed with the selling of glow paint for 200 pesos. Was really uncalled for. Wouldnt do NYE there again. Coco Bongo looked cool from the outside!

I get that the food isn't supposed to be great, but for the first time ever it was boring there. One of the reasons why we normally love this place is for the entertainment. They didn't have their normal bells and whistles out this time.

This place was amazing I would go back everyday s the host made sure everyone was having a good time and he made sure to involve people. The drinks were amazing we got the margaritas. I also got my face painted while there!! It’s a must that you go!!

everyone was nice but actual food service was not great. we were there far longer than we wanted because we were constantly looking for a server to add something, get sauce, etc. and it’s so loud that we could’ve just left without paying and no one would’ve noticed. food is definitely NOT worth the price. the quesadillas are glorified cheese crisps but even that gives them too much credit. it was cool for the one time but we won’t be visiting again. wish we went elsewhere for my birthday in cancun, a waste! 😪

You pay for the entertainment and atmosphere rather than the quality of the food. If you’re looking for a quality meal then this place is not for you. A fun place to go though, if you don’t care about paying big money for poor food and you’re only going just to be able to say you’ve been to senior frogs then great. You’ll probably only vist once though!

Hace unos años fui y lastimosamente esta experiencia no fue como la recordaba. El restaurante es abierto por lo que hacia mucha mucha calor. El show/ambiente/musica es muy muy enfocado a los americanos. Estuve cerca de 3 horas allí, las canciones en general clasicos en ingles y pop, le falta chispa! El animador bien el DJ aburridooo. El plato más económico cuesta aprox. 12$ La comida estuvo bien, la propina sugerida es del 20% a parte de eso cuando me estaban cobrando me volvieron a pedir propina.

Disfruté muchísimo la comida y el servicio, pero el ambiente y la música está mucho más alto de lo necesario en un lugar que es más restaurante que bar

We had an awesome time in Cancun. Stayed at planet Hollywood nightlife is awful in this resort. Came into town twice during our stay and we partied at Senor Frogs both times… Awesome vibe in this place .. We definitely will be back…. Definitely worth checking out senor frogs 👍🏻👍🏻

I had the BEST experience celebrating my birthday at Señor Frog's in Cancun. The service was great, so as all the food and drinks. All the workers made such a great show and were trying to satisfy their costumers and make them laugh. I had really the best time. Thank you so much!
