    Here's the breakdown on the items that we tried: Yellowtail hand roll 4.5 Veggie Fr. Rice 4.0 Truffle Miso Soup 4.5 Bench Press 4.0 Distinguished Gentleman- nice mix for a roll 4.5 Service was good, but other server in back room did a better job in explaining menu & answering questions..

    Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us to grow. The next time you come in, I highly recommend one of my personal favorite dishes, our King Trumpet Mushrooms. We prepare it in the traditional Japanese manner of robata grilling and pair it with sauteed kale, edamame, and our house-made Aji Verde sauce. It is a unique vegetarian dish that truly stands on it's own, and can even be made vegan; I am positive you'll love it! - Claire

    Overall great experience with excellent food and service. There was quite a long lull between food arriving, and the tuna crispy rice arrived completely cold (had it before and the rice cakes were cooked fresh & were warm), but was still good enough to eat. Had a good bottle of wine at a good price to accompany the meal. Will be back to try some more things!

    After a full day at Universal, as a family of four on vacation, we wanted sushi and city walk was too busy. So glad we found this place instead close by! Sushi, food and drinks were amazing! Ambience was very nice and relaxing. Service was amazing as well! Our waiter treated us well, thank you for a nice evening experience:)
