For the first time ever at Seasons 52, I was disappointed. We dined early with small children. The kids were super well behaved and we really appreciated the coloring pages. However, the kids menu is very sparse. No chips or fries or even carrots sticks or apple sauce. No cheese for the burger. The first round of cocktails was weak and small. Mushroom appetizer was yummy and hot but the entrees were mediocre. Everyone loves the little desserts. I’m sad to say it wasn’t the flavorful vibrant food and beverage I expect at Seasons 52.

The wait time was a bit too long. 7:45 Rez and seated at 8:40. People who came in after us were seated sooner.

We love Seasons 52. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The price for the quality is simply unmatched. We always have a great experience and will continue to dine here regularly.

Wonderful meal for Mother's Day! It was quite busy and the wait to get seated was longer than expected, but the staff was fantastic friendly and provided appropriate updates on the queue. Busy events are always a challenge, and we would absolutely come back for celebrations here in the future.

We made reservations for 6:45 - arrived early and waited an hour for a table. Stop overbooking- it wasn’t fun waiting an hour for a table with a reservation

We had a reservation for 6:45. After waiting for 45 minutes our table was no where near being ready. We left and were seated immediately somewhere else. This restaurant WAY overbooked themselves. Not happy with this service on Monther's Day.

Pretty terrible Mother’s Day dinner. Reservations for 6:30, but they overbooked and we had to wait 40 minutes. Just as I was about to just reserve a table next door, we were finally seated at 7:00. It took a long time for food to come out. It was a little after 8:00 when our food came out and both steaks ordered were over cooked. Medium was more like well done. Pretty darn terrible. They were out of the half chicken. The best thing eaten was the grilled chicken and farro salad. That was delicious. We didn’t even bother to stay for dessert nor be asked about it. Since it was late and we were ready to go, we just got the check, paid, and left. Our waitress Anna was nice. But I’ve never seen so many unhappy people trying to get over all the waiting and enjoy a meal. Happy Mother’s Day to me and my mom. (We were a party of 4, btw.)

Had to wait for over an hour to get seated our reservation was at 6:00 didn’t get seated until 7:10. Very frustrating.

I made a reservation for Mother’s Day over a week ahead and requested outdoor seating. My guest and I arrived at 5:50 for a 6 o’clock reservation. What I witnessed was an example of awful management. It appeared to be a free Rolling Stones concert! I have never seen more people at 52 or for that matter any other establishment short of river bend for a concert. We waited for an hour and a half for our 6 PM reservation. We were given a miniature table jammed in the main room. The only salvation was our server, Mia, who was wonderful. At no point did the hostess or host apologize for this ridiculous overbooking by Season 52. I have been a loyal customer, but doubt I will ever trust you again.

Great Selection of food and drinks. Great tasting Half Chicken, Sea Bass, Lobster Tail, Trout, and mixed green salad. Excellent Shrimp flat bread with light crust and seasoning.

My mom has a lot of food allergies and I let them know that ahead of time. They were ready with a special menu for her and we’re very careful with what they prepared.

The wait time was short, our service was attentive and patient, and our food was absolutely amazing! The ambiance is always a 5 star experience. Kyra was our server and she was amazing. We also met Trent one of the managers and he was extremely hospitable as well. I would recommend the lamb loins.

Busy Mothers Day but no problem be seated with our reservation & our server was delightful, however we were given 3 menus - the regular menu, brunch menu, & the dietary gluten free restricted menu - I ordered the mahi tacos off the gluten free menu to find they weren’t available. I switched to the mahi crunch salad to find all the mango were hard as a rock & uneatable. As for ambiance, I was facing the entrance in one of the booths & was so distracted by the absolutely filthy air vents I couldn’t believe it. Black on the walls & vents I’m surprised the health inspector hasn’t dinged them for that. Anyway, it was overall fine just had higher hopes as we’ve dined there many times prior.

Price is not worth the value. Had a reservation for 7:15 and still required to wait an additional 30 minutes from reservation time. Food was mediocre but over priced. Only good part was the server was very nice.

Just a little cool sitting outside. A heater would have been nice. We asked to be moved inside but it was a busy time. I didn't realize you had seats on the outside. I thought we were being seated on the patio.

We were seated right away, which was very impressive considering the mass of people waiting in the entrance way. Our server, Kyra, was overworked, as were all of the staff, but she did her very best and was considerate of our wait time between courses. When everyone at our table received their entree but me, management offered a salad while I waited for my entree. The staff were doing all that they could to accommodate the large crowd, which was a result of early Mother's Day gatherings.

Their reservations system either broke down or didn't get programmed to handle a Mother's Day weekend dinner crowd. Our Open Table reservation was for 3 for 6:00 and we didn't get seated until 6:30. However they did try to compensate for the excessive wait time with complimentary champagne. And we got our favorite waitperson, Tami! What a lovely person to soothe our stress from standing for a half-hour in a crowd waiting for our seating. Great Gnocci and other food. Would come later if doing it again on a weekend likely to be especially busy. But improve your researvation handling systems, people!
