    This is one of our go to restaurants for special occasions the steaks and prime rib are favorites. I had the petre sole and it is my new favorite.

    I was referred to this restaurant by friends, and I am so glad I took their advice. The service was excellent! The food was superb & delicious. I had the seafood pasta marina which probably one of the best i ever had. My friend had the zinfandel braised short rib & pappardelle pasta which was very tasty as well. The short rib was very tender. We both had Glenlivet 12, toasted and cheers to my friends birthday dinner celebration. It was a perfect!

    We had spent several hours at the Monterey Bay aquarium. The sardine factory was the perfect place to relax and enjoy an excellent meal with glass of wine. I would highly recommend this restaurant and plan to eat there the next time I’m traveling to Monterey.

    Excellent food and service! Definitely a must visit to this wonderful restaurant. Great music in the lounge and $2 oysters on certain nights and Chris the bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable

    Great food. Sand dabs, prime rib, mushroom pasta, and salmon dishes were all well executed and had generous portions. The restaurant has and an old school charm. I understand the feedback that some of the rooms are very dimly lit but we were seated in the conservatory (encased in glass) so lots of natural light. Service was attentive.

    2nd time eating here. Good service and food. Happy hour at the bar is good as well, they have seasoned kettle chips and a great cocktails.

    What a fantastic place to dine!!!! Dave, one of the dining hosts - kindly moved us from the "loud" Atrium" room to the Captain's Room to celebrate our Anniversary. Brandon, our waiter, helped us with our questions about the menu and was fantastic. Everyone here was very friendly and the food was delicious. Thank you to everyone! We will be back!
