Service was extremely off. We waited about 15-20 mins before anyone came to our table to ask about drinks and then took longer to receive them. Everyone around us had bread and drinks within minutes of sitting. Our entrees came out staggered and then as soon as we received the second entree, we were asked if we wanted to go boxes. They forgot shrimp on one entree and after we had finished eating half of it, they brought the shrimp that was supposed to be in the pasta dish. At least the food was hot.

totally bad experience. Had to leave before the entrées arrived. Once we were seated by our less than gracious hostess, one look around and we could see that this was not gonna be a fine dining experience. Way too many T-shirts and baseball caps, it took the waiter an exceedingly long time to get there, they sat us at 2 top in the middle of the restaurant and I would wanted to be closer to my date as it was a special occasion so I asked for a four top, the late frustrated Waiter stated , “you should come with four people” The appetizers were tasty, but it took forever to get them. The overpriced drinks tasted like that someone poured them out of a can. With the waiters attitude and everything else being a failure, we decided it was too much, asked for our tab and departed. I’ve never been treated so shabbily Byer even though I’m sure the food was going to be good. I will not be returning. It wasn’t worth the price.

Starters and salad were great. Cannot customize food which made us wonder. Chicken parm was overcooked and salty but pasta was amazing.

Overall, the food is on point. Sadly, the service was pretty much subpar and non-existent on our visit. It was my wife's birthday and the waiter, while young, was just rather inattentive to our table. Then, to my astonishment, there was an automatic 20% tip included on our total. I understand a large group, but for a family of five, I was kinda taken back. Honestly, the waiter didn't deserve a 20% tip based off the level of service we got. However, I would had given it to him. But, to have it forced upon me was rather unprofessional.

I attended this restaurant for date night and was thoroughly pleased with the quality of service. Our waiter was amazing and attentive. We had a few errors on our meal but they quickly accommodated and fixed those things. I can’t wait to go back

We had to wait a while to actually be sat at our table despite having a reservation but the food, drinks, staff, and ambience were all amazing! Visiting from out of state but hope to come back someday.

Left establishment because there was no greeter. Took a while to bring two high chairs. Didn’t have a table ready. Didn’t have general seating available only Easter brunch. I booked general dining. No manager in sight

Was very nice for a date. Wasn’t stated anywhere but the rooftop is open Friday and Saturday. It is not part of the restaurant it is only the bar. Would’ve liked to know that. But the food was good!

Food was good but service was abysmal! The waiter ignored us most of the time - from the start until the finish. We had to wave him or other waiters down. Our waiter even forgot lemon which we requested for our waters. Most of the time, the staff was just standing around talking amongst themselves. The restaurant was not busy at all. The food was very good, however, and the portions were generous.

Everything was great! Service was excellent. All food was delicious from appetizers to main dish. Had a couple of drinks, both were perfectly made. The tableside pasta was the best! I couldn't belive the value, for the quality and overall experience it's an awesome deal! You must try it.

Such a cute place had a NY retro vibe and the food was delicious. My only regret was I didn't get the cotton candy martini I saw what it looked like as we were paying the check. Would definitely recommend to others and we will go back our next visit to Dallas for sure!

The food and drinks were amazing the vibe could’ve been better…. But the real problem was our server I understand your busy on a Saturday night but also I felt rushed with every single choice I made and honestly I was talked into a wine I didn’t want it was good but little did I know it was one of the most expensive glasses of wine on the menu… I felt rushed and almost like they didn’t want us there.

Our waiter gave us wonderful service, everything we order was great except for the table side pasta. The pasta was very soupy like and wasn’t enjoyable.

We always enjoy our time with Chef Jay @Saint Rocco's New York Italian and Tori provides excellent service.

Loved the interior of the restaurant. The menu also had a great selection and the food we ordered came out great!

Making a huge deal about not doing substitutions bringing out the manager when the substitution was on the menu… remaking a big deal about vodka sauce and I said ok cool. Then you send out the vodka sauce anyway was dumb. Stick to your no substitutions or just not make a spectacle of my table with a visit from the manager. I’ve been here dozen times and never had this type of service.

It was an off night. Both service and food were meh. We’ve gone countless times and enjoyed every visit. Not this one. It’s too early to tell why our last meal was different but we will be there again. Their track record is too good to let one night change our minds.

Your misled by advertisements that this is an authentic Italian restaurant, it is indeed a chain feel, bland, total American crap restaurant that is overpriced and over advertised. Pretty cool location really cool presentation and table side service, the servers are just hard-working people, but the value of the food the food itself and overall cost is atrocious not to mention that the location is terrible

Came here to celebrate our 4 year anniversary and absolutely loved everything about this place. All the food we ordered was amazing and we tried the cotton candy drink which was delicious. Portions are big, wish our app was a smaller but was still amazing nonetheless.
