My filet mignon was so tough and dry, it appeared as if it was an old piece of meat that tasted like it was reheated in a microwave.

We alway go to get the Nachos they are amazing and feed a whole table of 4. It’s just us two so that what we get for dinner and still can’t finish it. The bill is fun to watch and the TVs are in every corner. A must try if you haven’t been there yet. Friendly service too

We were playing tourist for the day and decided to try Saddle Ranch. The ambiance is cute.. a little Knotts Berry Farm meets sports bar vibe. There were birthdays and Saturday fun-day groups hanging out… all good. Where things turned was the service. I want to start and give props where it belongs.. manager (Jeff?) was great in trying rectify the horrible service we received. We were there for two hours and spent half the time flagging down the server who was either in break or hanging with the parties and just being a jerk.. To sum it up, probably a fun place for friends to drink all day (bottomless mimosas and bloody’s on Sat and Sun)… as for a family looking for a quick but fun meal, not so much.

As always we had the best birthday celebration for my son. The service is amazing and the food never disappoints. Saddle Ranch knew we had been there a couple times to celebrate my son’s bday his favorite place and they brought over a nice dessert. We will be back again as a tradition.

The staff made our experience very enjoyable. For a Sunday evening they were engaged and kept stopping by to see if everything was good and if we needed anything else. We sat outside because it was very loud inside. as we walked by the bar towards the outdoor patios, we could hear people at the bar yelling at each other even though they were right next to each other. Something for management to consider. Louder doesn't equal better experience. At my request the food came out hot, steaks, garlic mash potatoes, sauteed spinach and martinis. it was a business meeting after all. I would come again.

Wow - this place was amazing! Not only was the food great, but the service was fantastic. Loved watching people try bullriding...very entertaining. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place with nice staff but was definitely under staffed that night. I was unable to ride the bull because the workers were stretch so thin and no one was able to operate it.

Our server was pleasant enough, but the food took 50 minutes from ordering to serving, and there were only five other tables there so I don’t know how they’d have been that backed up. Ribeye ordered media came out well done and tough, asparagus undercooked and hard. Didn’t want to send it back and kill another hour. Baretenders were in point. Manhattans came out cold and delicious, and in under 15 minutes.

Pool our check in time at 10:15 and reservation was supposed to be at 10:30pm. We were not seated until 11:15pm. There until about 11:40 did our servers come to greet us. From there the food coming out was very mixed up. One of our friends food simply never came out and this was made aware to staff many times and I say many. They didn’t have great communication skills with us as paying customers. We couldn’t get refills and the services was simply just poor.

Cory/Corey our server was amazing. In my 37 years of dining experience never have we had a server like Corey. He was so fun and so nice. He kept checking on us.. he was laughing with us. We definitely will come back because of Cory/Corey.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husbands 75th birthday… The food was good with healthy portions and rightfully known for the chicken & ribs! We had a booth with a good view of the bull which provided delightful entertainment. We expected the typical slice of cake with a candle in it but so surprised by the candle in the marshmallow in the mountain of cotton candy! Thank you….

Worst experience ever. Booked my reservation way in advance for my birthday dinner mind you. Got sat 5 mins early which i liked. Wanted to move because there was this table with 20 people in front of us. Super loud, server didn’t come for almost 10 mins. Asked the server kindly to move to a table on the other side of restaurant. He was so nice and moved us as he checked in with the host before he moved us. A manger i’m guessing comes up to the table to ask us why we wanted to move, explained to him why. Told us he needed this table for a 11 top that had a reservation and that was coming in and wanted to move us where we had just come from. I explained to him I know what it’s like working at a restaurant i understand what it’s like, but it’s my birthday dinner with friends and i made a reservation as well so? He says okay and leaves. I’m so furious at this point, gather up my stuff and my friends wanted to leave to. Got up, he comes back and ask us if we’re leaving and i say yes we are leaving. He says i’m sorry about that. So incredibly inconsiderate, shame on him. My first time there and won’t ever be coming back. Didn’t even get the chance to order as nobody came up to us when we moved to the second table. I didn’t get a name, wish I did.

I don't go often but when I do, I ask for Georgia O. to be my server! Great attitude and very attentive! The valet is only $10 which is very cheap for Hollywood!
