We hardly ever review because most restaurants are what you'd expect - you don't expect Michelin Star service from McDonald's, right? So we weren't expecting Musso and Franks food and service,. but on the other hand, a supposedly 24 oz Prime Rib (much smaller than the 18 oz Prime Rib at Musso's) at over $70 (Musso's is under $60 and was about twice the size of the one we got here) was very disappointing. Again, we weren't expecting a superior experience - we often need late night eateries and there are very few in LA, so we thought we'd check it out. The plates you eat from when you're sharing are tiny Melmac plastic - smaller than a regular bread plate. The utensils are the cheapest you can find anywhere (you know the kind where the fork tines are so blunted that you have to scoop up your food rather than spear it). We never got our water refilled. We got the wrong potatoes. After we told the server we were ready to pay, we had to wait for what seemed like ages (was probably 5-10 minutes). If you want late night food, Norm's is a much better option - food and service-wise. On the other hand, we're old folks accustomed to a different sort of experience. The mechanical bull was funny, so if you're young and looking for a loud C/W ambiance, more than 20 TVs with sports, music videos, etc., cotton candy dessert, and the regular hamburger, french fries, etc. fare, then you'll probably have a good time.

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. When we rolled up, in the 2013 Honda, the valet treated us like royalty! Upon entering the establishment, the manager Toussaint, led us to our table. I can tell why he is the manager. Treats people with earnest respect! Our waitress, Jackie, was top tier! Never once did we have to ask for a refill. Checked up on us to see if we were doing good. Food was great and the atmosphere.........so this is definitely the place for a nice celebration meal with your pals or ladies. They have lots of quirky drinks to satisfy the curious palette and the conservative one's(like me). You WILL walk away with a smile! 10 outta 10!!!!

Zach was our server and he was awesome! He took such great care of us giving advice on the menus and being attentive to our needs. It was a special occasion for our table and he definitely helped make it special

Server was attentive and food came out quick. Manager introduced himself and also brought out some of our food. Both were courteous and seemed to enjoy serving us.

My filet mignon was so tough and dry, it appeared as if it was an old piece of meat that tasted like it was reheated in a microwave.
