Ribs and try tip were horribly dry. Bbq sauce couldn’t save it. Had to wait over half an hour despite having a reservation.

We were sat an hour after our reservation with very slow service and the food tasted microwaved. It was Mother’s Day and they could have accommodated me with quick drinks or at the very least, an apology, as I was with my two kids. The servers around the room didn’t seem to care or be in a hurry.

I went for my Mothers day celebration. Even if I made a reservation, we need to wait more tham 30 minutes to get a table. But the real problem was the wait time for the food...Around 1 hour...when we got the food the sides were wrong...the waitress was wonderful and saying sorry all the time. My first time there...not a good experience.

We had reservations and they sat us 30 minutes after our reserved time. It took forever to get our food and we felt like the waitress was just giving us minimum compared to other tables. I know it was a holiday so I think it was on the restaurant not having enough servers. Food was okay, not anything extraordinary.

Our reservation was set for 12:00 noon on Mother’s Day. Our food was served at 1:50. It was good but luke warm. They did discount the bill, but I wouldn’t go back.

Went to brunch for Mother’s Day, even though we had a reservation, several people were seated before us that came in after us. It wasn’t until I inquired about the status of our seating until we were seated. The waitress was great, the food was mediocre and that’s that we waited over an hour just to get our food…and when it arrived, it was cold.

Becca our server was sensational! Absolutely 10 out of 10!! She took such amazing care of our group and was so kind when my mother with dementia was talking to her. Note for management: please allow elderly customers to order from the kids menu. Dementia patients and the elderly can’t always eat large meals. Other than that, our experience was wonderful. Thank you Becca for the wonderful dining experience! We will definitely be back.

We came for the first time to celebrate my husbands birthday! The food was good but the service was even better! Our waitress was very friendly and gave opinions when asked and was attentive! Staff gave us an appetizer on the house and also cotton candy with a birthday candle! We rode the mechanical bull which was fun and we roasted s’mores at the fire pit! The sticks for roasting were too short so it was difficult for us to reach the fire when cooking marshmallows! Overall it was a fun experience!

The waiters and staff were accommodating and very hospitable. The manager Jerry was so helpful in making my husbands birthday a GREAT experience. Our waiter Mark (I believe) was THEE BEST!!! The music playing was a bit too loud. We had to talk very loudly to hear others across the table. All in all is was very good. We’ll be back!

Haiti our server was amazingly super fantastic!!! We went for my daughter’s 21st. Birthday and we had a wonderful time and experience. We will definitely be going back to our new favorite restaurant…

The food was alright. The cabbage rolls I think is what it’s called wasn’t so great and the artichoke and spinach dip was small in a huge bread bowl with chips on the side so I probably wouldn’t order that again. The biscuits were pretty good considering I don’t particularly like biscuits. The fries had some sweet dressing/sauce on the side which was really weird and sweet. Other than the food being mid, the service we had was really great but I can’t remember our server’s name! :(

We try new restaurants often and we’re very impressed with how not only you get a steak but a few sides included. They know how to take good care of their customers. And we will be coming back with friends next time! 😊 and they fill up a glass of wine! Extra stars for that! ⭐️

Our server was great, but we had wrong sides, overcooked steak, and terrible Mac and cheese that we actually sent back (we never do that).

Service was very good. They even gave us a couple free bread/dips/biscuits/corn breads for the wait but we didn't have to wait long to order and for the food. So it was a nice gesture. Texas French toast was good and everyone else in my group enjoyed their food (hamburger, salads, truffle pizza). Glad we picked this spot before our movie.

We went it for my boyfriend’s birthday with his family and the kids . We were a party of 9 but we had reserved a specific time so we wouldn’t wait . The girl who was taking us to our table was super nice . We had 6 adults and 3 kids and let me tell you even the kids loved it ! We were made sure everything was okay with our whole time being there . Both people who looked like the managers came back continuously to check on us which we loved ! It wasn’t our first time there but it was his parents and they even told us they’ll be back ! Food and appetizers were delicious and even the kids loved the cotton candy ! 2 of our guests rode the bull which made it the time there even more fun! 10/10 experience for us .

We had a great time at brunch. We had Jesus as our waiter. He was excellent! We ordered the bottomless mimosas and Jesus kept our glasses full for the duration of our visit. The only bad spot was the food. 2 of us ordered omelettes. The omelettes looked like 1 fried egg, folded in half with the fillings pushed in the middle to resemble a rubbery egg taco.

It was my daughter's birthday and senior manager Gerry and our server Heidi gave us an outstanding experience, outstanding service, hot food, the music at right level, refills provided on timely manner, all staff looks energetic and motivated, Saddle Ranch is definitely the right place to celebrate special occasions, Thank you!

Had the small fillet with 4 garlic butter shrimp no sides for me. Everything was so good food wise... Old fashioned too strong for my taste but that's just me... Had a great time.

Our Server Becca was attentive and friendly. The Mgr Gerry was very Friendly and Both Becca and Gerry made our Visit Fun and memorable. We will Definitely return because of their kindness and Hospitality!

Heydi was our waitress. She was very attentive, engaging, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed her food recommendations and were very happy with both the food and service. We will definitely come back and will ask to be seated in Heydi’s area. Her manager was also very friendly and concerned about customers have an excellent experience at the Orange location.

First of all, even though we made our reservation well in advance for 8:45 p.m., when we arrived, nobody was there. Eventually, someone made the decision to seat us. To be honest, the food was mediocre at best, the drinks were ok, and the waitress provided subpar service. I won't be back for a while.

Service was very friendly and timely. We received a platter of nachos with guac and salsa on the house which was a nice surprise. The pizzas are amazing. The chicken and tri-tip platter was enormous but a bit pricey. The steak was great and the prime rib beautifully med-rare. Watch out for the horseradish ... I took a big scoop thinking it would be mild and it smacked me right in the face. WOW !!!! Delicious but powerful !!! Would really like to go back for a football sunday afternoon . The whole restaurant is filled wall to wall with tv's and a huge bar.

We received the wrong order and when the correct items were dropped off the server rudely threw the plate on the table and mumbled “I guess that was your correct order”. The sausage that was tossed at us was burnt and dried out, completely inedible.
