Situé au cœur du centre-ville d'Edmonton, le SABOR Restaurant vous propose un menu riche en saveurs traditionnelles européennes, notamment portugaises, espagnoles, françaises et italiennes, dans un cadre rustique mais élégant. Certifié Ocean Wise, l'établissement sert la meilleure sélection de plats de fruits de mer de pêches durables de la ville ainsi que des plats de viande et végétariens. Combinés avec un service professionnel, une carte des vins réduite mais exceptionnelle et des cocktails traditionnels, le menu et l'ambiance du SABOR en font l'endroit parfait pour prendre un repas en toute occasion, que ce soit en tenue de soirée avant l'opéra, en costume avant une grande réunion ou en jeans pour une sortie entre amis. Du mercredi au samedi soir, le Sabor organise des concerts mettant en vedette l'un des musiciens locaux talentueux d'Edmonton. Idéal avant ou après un film ou un spectacle dans l'un des théâtres voisins, le bar à vin & tapas BODEGA vous accueille dans un cadre plus décontracté, selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi seulement, pour déguster des tapas authentiques, une sangria signature ainsi que de superbes vins et cocktails.

    10 years ago we first went to Sabor and were very impressed. We stil are! The menu is extensive and creative. The execution is exemplary. The service is competant and efficient. These guys know how to run a top-notch restaraunt. We shared small plates this time around - the croquettes and bacalau were perfectly crispy and delicious. The house-marinated olives deserve mention. Nice to see a cheese selection as a starter to have with your choice of wine from the extensive wine menu - a wide selection of cheeses and a lovely presentation with warm bread. The grilled octopus was perfecty tender. We also tried the black risotto but it was curiously underwhelming... No room for dessert. Can't wait to go back on our next visit to Edmonton.

    Went for our anniversary dinner. Food was amazing! Expect to spend at least 100$/person with drinks, appetizer, and dessert

    This is one of the best restaurants in Edmonton. Great food and you can see the servers are very good and experienced.

    So much to offer in their menu! Wanted to try everything! I . would personally travel again to Edmonton for just this restaurant! I am from Toronto but there is nothing like this restaurant there!!
