Le S3 Restaurant est un lieu où le soleil, le surf et le sable côtoient les steaks, les fruits de mer et les sushis, pour une combinaison parfaite de l'atmosphère des îles et d'une cuisine internationale à base de produits issus de la mer. Un grill au feu de bois illumine l'intérieur et met le feu au menu composé de poulpe grillé, de bavette, de brochettes de poulet mariné, de toasts de crevettes et bien plus. Laissez vos yeux s'inspirer grâce au large choix d'aliments du bar à aliments crus qui propose des produits frais comme le Tiradito Wahoo, la limande, le vivaneau ou encore des petites assiettes, notamment le trio à tremper (feta fouettée, pois chiches et aubergines grillées) ou des gâteaux au fromage de chèvre. Vous pourrez aussi choisir parmi la variété de petites assiettes du menu à prix modérés.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of the food. All the ingredients were were excellent and the preparations innovative. My wife and I enjoyed every course. While they have other options, the main focus is seafood and includes sushi, seafood rolls, etc. My wife had those options and loved them. I had a salmon dinner over quinoa with cauliflower and mushrooms. Everything was great. While friendly, the service was not attentive. Water was not refilled and no one asked if we wanted a second round of drinks. However on any night something can tied up the server so I wouldn’t let that deter me from going here again

Outstanding is the word. Food was great as usual, but the level of service we received was that of an ultra high end restaurant. The meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the staff’s remarkable kindness, courtesy, and care, was genuinely outstanding. Every aspect of my visit surpassed expectations, resulting in an exceptional and memorable dining experience. I feel like the staff needs to be recognized because the level of service I received was very much comparable to a Michelin Star white cloth restaurant.

Food and drinks were excellent! We got the lobster rangoons which were light, airy and full of lobster. We also got two sushi rolls, both were great! If you are looking for a refreshing drink, highly suggest the spicy coconut crush! Perfect and refreshing.

The service was excellent. You can be served inside, outdoors or at a bar inside or outdoors. The food is amazing! The tuna Thai roll is a must try! The atmosphere is cool and upscale. My favorite place to dine and vibe in Ft. Lauderdale.

S3 is my must go to restaurant when I visit Ft Lauderdale Beach! Our server, Cindy was AMAZING!! She was attentive and gave us fantastic 5 star service! She was so attentive to the kids and made our experience fabulous! Food was amazing as always!

Our waiter, Chris, was awesome and gave us great recommendations. Every dish was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes / value!

Restaurant itself was nice location, outside dining, nice view. Service was horrible, perhaps they were overbooked, but took long time to have initial contact from waitress, got water had to wait for drinks (top shelf but appeared watered down), after she took our order that was the last we saw of her for 30 minutes or more although she passed by us multiple times, we had ordered red wine to go with our dinner, but we had just about finished our dinner before she came with the wine. The food itself was OK, but the steak was overdone. We had told her we were celebrating a birthday and would be ordering deserts. After sitting there for over an hour and 20 minutes we gave up on the deserts and just asked for our bill and decided to have desert somewhere where we would be appreciated. We then went to the bartender and asked her where we could get some great deserts and she very nicely said "Right here", I told her our experience had not been good and we needed to go elsewhere so she recommenced a location about 3 streets away, The Atlantic Hotel. We had an AWESOME experience there with great deserts, drinks and coffee. We just thought you might wish to hear to help on the customer service side of your facility. Missed opportunity for us to have a delightful experience.

We had my son’s graduation dinner here. We were a party of 6. The food and service were outstanding!!! It was not our first time, and definitely won’t be our last! Ordered wok charred edamame, Korean fried chicken bites (so good we ordered another), crispy rice cakes, salmon crudo, wagyu tartare, grilled octopus, fried rice “stone bowl”, chef’s steak cuts, crispy snapper (very cool presentation), and the Omakase box (best fish ever). We all enjoyed and stuffed ourselves immensely. We were too full to order dessert, but the waiter still brought ice cream with a sparkler for my son. Our waiter’s service was over-the-top!
