The service was so slow we waited for the food for over an hour and the steak was super bitter They need to get more workers to help because they are short on stuff

The food was really bland last night and the drinks were off. I sent my drink back twice and it still wasn’t good. I paid for it only because the guys working there were so nice. They were patient with me even though I’m sure were annoyed.

Side dishes (garlic mash, lobster Mac, and creamed spinach), were excellent and filets really great, but my NY steak was average, too fatty. Waiter “Craig” was great and courteous with a very pleasant demeanor. Other wait staff was solid. Cheesecake dessert was fantastic.

Great new, comfortable, location. Food as good as ever. Our server Tristan was above and beyond Anxious to return and to try out the neat looking bar and happy hour

My girlfriend and I are big foodies but have both somehow never been to Ruth's Chris. We didn't know exactly what to expect. It was a busy night for a Monday, but the food quality and service didn't reflect how busy they were. Victor was our server and was friendly, personable and helped us make some food choices. We ordered some sides, the cowboy ribeye and the filet mignon. Both came out to a perfect medium rare plus and rare plus for the filet. We agreed that the filet was the best we have ever had. Victor even brought us out a small cheesecake to celebrate our special occasion which was very much appreciated. We will definitely be making Ruth's Chris a reoccurring date night location.

The food was extremely expensive. The restaurant was very noisy in a Sunday at 6pm. No one actually came to the table to check on the meal and not even to refill the water glasses. Very disappointed!
