Reservation was for 715pm, it was 8pm was still not seated. Ended up taking a bar self seat table, food took forever and steaks were cooked in the wrong temp.

My wife cutting her filet mignon was a great Mother's Day present. The prices are sky-high, but it's such a treat to get food and drinks that helped to justify the expense. My New York Strip was fabulous, as were the tuna tartare and goat cheese dip appetizers, sweet potatoes and baked potato. The service was attentive without being irritating. It was a memorable experience.

Both mid-rare steaks came out a bit over the requested temp. For the brand and the prices, these temps should be exact. That said, the food and service were excellent.

Waitress Kathleen was amazing so my experience does not reflect her service. My husband received a $250 gift card from his company for Christmas. When we went to use it, the restaurant said it had already been used in Portland Oregon on April 27th. I have never been to Portland and the manager said it appears to be fraud. He told us to call a phone number which was incorrect and offered us no other assistance. In fact, once he left our table he never came back nor did he care if we were able to resolve the problem. If your restaurant has gift card services, I would assume management has some capability to resolve issues or at least assist with finding out how customers can make it right. The experience was poor at best and I will not be dining with them again. We will also be warning his company that purchasing gift cards for this restaurant is not a good idea since there is no fraud security.

We never have a bad meal at Ruth Chris. Yes it's pricey but meals are always prepared to my liking and the service/wait staff is amazing!

Our server was fantastic; professional and still personable. The lobster bisque was not to our liking, it had an odd taste. The salads were perfect, as were our filets, spot on. However, the potatoes au gratin were less than favorable, we should have selected the garlic mash potatoes instead. The asparagus was fair. The music background was very odd, and it did not seem to mesh well with the interior and mood. Overall 4/5.

We had an exquisite meal and a wonderful experience dining at Ruth's Chris Steak House in Winter Park last evening. We made reservations on Open Table to celebrate our son's 31st birthday, and were seated quickly upon arrival. Our server was great, and the assistants decorated the table with some birthday confetti. The six of us enjoyed all of our appetizers, especially the Barbeque shrimp; and the drinks were delightful. That Pomegranate Martini was special each time. Our entree's were hot and delicious. Many at the table of 6 enjoyed the lamb chops which were cooked to perfection. The salmon was seasoned perfectly. We will most definitely be back, maybe for lunch.

Evidently short of staff, as everywhere. Quiet on a Monday night, but even though we had a charming server, she obviously had too many tables. Food is consistent which is good. Best baked potato ever.

Another amazing dinner! We both ordered the filet (11oz). Cooked perfectly as expected. Loaded potato was amazing; Brussels sprouts were amazing; and the chef’s dessert…. No words!

I had not been to Ruth Chris' in a long time. I came here on Easter Sunday to celebrate a birthday. I have to say the experience was excellent from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We had a reservation and we were shown right in to our table that was very nicely decorated saying Happy Birthday. Out service team, Kat and partner, were outstanding. The food was outstanding. The ambience was very relaxing and our table was in the perfect spot. Yes the prices are a bit steep but the food and the service truly accounts for this. I will definitely try to come back sooner.
