    waiting for a table over 20 minutes. Over 1 hour of waiting for dinner. Sky high prices for wine and dinner!

    Service was slow, fishes were not clear d from the table, soup was luke-warm, steaks were over-cooked, fire alarms were going off in the kitchen throughout our meal. This was not the experience that we expected for our Mother's Day celebration when we spent over $600 for dinner.

    I was so very disappointed in the food everything was terrible and the Lobster bisque was disgusting. Even the waitress said it was horrible and gave us salad to compensate. The Augratin potato’s was horrible and the cream spinach was nasty. I was so disappointed it was unbelievable. Then the manager told us people have been complaining about the taste and quality of the food, but still made us pay for most of the bill. My Mother’s Day was ruin by eating there. Awful experience.

    Very disappointing Mother’s Day Dinner. Two Steaks requested, rare and medium rare, came out well done. Waited a solid 30 minutes, finally flagged down one of our two servers, it will be right out. Another 10 minutes passed, by then the other ten members of our party were finished eating. They then sent the chef out to apologize and ask how they wanted the steaks cooked, at that point they were done. They brought them out anyway! One was almost raw, and the other one was overcooked again! Our servers disappeared after the food was served, never asked how our meals were, never asked if we needed anything else, never offered dessert or coffee. The manager finally came over to apologize, and give gift cards to the moms at the table. Nice gesture, but it didn’t make up for the disappointing family dinner.

    We were a little disappointed in the time management our reservation was at 230 we didn't get seated till 3 Russell our server was good but his helpers were sub par and the lobster bisque was terrible had to send all 5 soups back not sure what happened there maybe they ran out during brunch and had to make a new batch it was tasteless and chalky
