Everything was perfect for our party of 4. Waitstaff were attentive without hovering. Food quality of appetizers, side dishes, ribeyes, and desserts was spot on and delicious. Pacing was well timed. Another excellent dining experience.

Had a wonderful dinner with excellent service. I recommend celebrating any special occasion at this restaurant. Diane was our server. She and her team were kind, attentive and respectful of our needs. We will be back.

Our server was amazing and always is. The front desk host last night, she was horrible. When we get there 15 min early she says someone came in already with our reservation and name and had been at soo.. then she looked at me and said do you know how that happened? Umm yeah you messed up? Then says well we’re fully booked but I guess we can make an exception. What the? Are you serious? Make an exception that you messed up? I made a reservation?!? We still got sat but the 5 min encounter with her left a horrible taste in my mouth and did not set a good tone for Mother’s Day dinner with my husband.

Amazing meal. Took my Wife, and my 2 children out for Mother’s Day. The waiter was excellent, food was on anther level. Price was a little high, but I would have paid more. I’ve ate Ruth’s Chris at 10 plus locations. Sacramento, CA location has been the best. Ruth’s Chris we will see you again real soon! The Miller’s

Had to wait 30 mins past reservation time to be seated. Likely due to large crowds for Mothers Day, but still not ideal with a reservation.

Elena our waitress was awesome. Will probably go somewhere else next Mothers Day because they don’t take groups greater then 7 on holidays. I really love Ruth Chris. Family is more important

Excellent place to dine, we go there often. The Bar is also nice and very well stocked. Our waiter was very pleasant and made a few suggestions, that were appreciated.

We've been here several times and always have a pleasant experience. Staff is always so nice, food is always good and it's always pretty quiet in ther even when there are a lot of people dining. Every server we've ever had has been fantastic and they're all so polite.

Julius and Sam both were amazing with taking care of us for our dining experience. The food was excellent and our glasses were never left empty. Everything was as amazing thanks to Julius and Sam.

I typically love the food here. But this time, the stuffed chicken, which was one of my faves, was really salty. They were gracious enough to take it back and asked me for a replacement meal. I chose the special, grilled scallops. But by then, I had lost my appetite and just took it home. I still enjoyed the lobster bisque and asparagus. My hubby liked his filet, crab cakes and au gratin. We ordered the bbq shrimp, and this was just ok, not as good as I've had at other times. The service was very good; she was attentive. I'll still come back again. This was probably the first time of many that I didn't fully enjoy my meal, so perhaps it was an off day.

It was an excellent meal, it was a soecial celebration evening, the wait to be seated was surprising since I had a reservation. Delivery of food was excellent although I asked for wine to arrive when steak arrived, I had to remind my request a while after we had dinner, other than that, it was an excellent evening. Thank you!

I was looking forward to a pleasant fine-dining experience and was surrounded by screaming children. There were unmannerly people around us and our waitress looked like she had just rolled out of bed. It was loud and I felt like I was having dinner in a chain restaurant. There were too many tables in the room which created a very busy atmosphere.

The food was delicious, the people who brought out the food were amazing and very nice (different from your server). Our server was nice, but we waited a long time for soda refills and our boxes for the left overs. It didn't seem very busy and she also had a helper that would come by and fill waters and so on, she seemed a little "stuck up"... I hate using that term, but she really did act like she was too good for the job ) : I would compare this to Morton's, but Morton's cajun ribeye beats anyone's ribeye hands down. Pricey, but good. Overall it was a good experience.

The cocktail sauce for for shrimp cocktail is the best in Sacramento. The chipotle aioli on the crab cakes was a phenomenal suggestion from our waitress. Highly recommended the blackberry sidecar beverage if you want something a little fruity and their raspberry espresso martini was a great way to end my meal.

We went to celebrate a milestone birthday. Excellent service, including a lovely low-key recognition of the special day (no singing, thankfully--tasteful birthday confetti on tablecloth, "happy birthday" greeting by our wonderful server, "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate on (complimentary birthday) dessert plate). Our food was excellent--steaks cooked perfectly, terrific crabcake appetizer. Service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

We recently dined to celebrate my son’s birthday. The pro’s: excellent service, delicious steak (filet mignon and T-bone) and salmon. The con’s: sea bass that seemed gristly, high price. My husband did not want to call attention to his disappointing meal as it was a celebratory event.

Food can’t be beat. When we arrived I asked if we could have a booth but we were told they were all taken, did notice at least one of them was still open when we left, disappointed about that. Mocktail ok but way too many mint leaves! About a third of the glass! Couldn’t taste the blueberries in the drink! My grandson and I both had the fillets, they were done to perfection and very tender. The crab cake appetizer was good but I prefer McCormick and Schlick, I’m an East Coast gal where crab cakes have less filling and more crab, not so mushy. My grandson does not eat “ green” but after I coaxed him to at least try the spinach he asked if he could take the leftovers home with him. The Mac and cheese was amazing, enough for 4 people, very creamy, again, leftovers for grandson. Did not care for bread pudding, it was too spicy and dry, needed a sauce, whipped cream or ice cream on it. Grandson said mine is 10x better! Actually, for a birthday, I think a cake of some kind would be more appreciated. I don’t think I should have had to ask for a slice of lemon for water 3 times and water glass was never filled up. Maybe they were short on waiters and bus boys the night we were there. Our waitress was very sweet as well as bus boys. Wondered why they needed 3, at times 4 people at the reservation desk? I will return as I love the food here and figure they were probably short on wait service that night.

Service was great as was the Caesar Salad. However, the steak and baked potato were not of the quality we anticipated from our past experiences at Ruth Chris. Bread pudding was a disappointing choice also. Very dry - needed to be warmed more thoroughly and whipped cream should have been added.
