The Filet Mignon was great. I had it cooked medium and it was perfect. Only thing was the dessert menu was lacking.

We have frequented this restaurant often. This is the first time that the steak was bad and it was really bad! The blue cheese crust was not the same. It was not fully covering the steak with the crispy crust. The steak although medium, was not tender at all. Just was not the Ruth Chris that we have become so dependent on. We usually go between Sacramento and Walnut Creek locations and never a bad experience! Always worth the price tag but this time a true disappointment…have to process this one for a while…

Just not what it used to be! Place is outdated and, in some places, dirty. Service is still good but food has gone downhill. At a steak restaurant you don’t expect to have issues with the steak. Had to send my medium steak back because it was overcooked, then got a medium-rare steak and had to finish cooking it on my own plate! :-)

Love the accommodating on being 10 minutes late on my reservation. The wait time was only a minute. Service was exceptional.

Highly disappointed; Wasn’t allowed 15 minute grace period, door was locked at 9 o clock and got there at 9:05.

I took my daughter here to celebrate her 8th grade promotion. We enjoyed our food, and the service was excellent.

On A slow Thursday night we were seated at a round table for 5 with one edge up against a wall with curtains draping down the wall as well. We asked to move to a different table and told us that they would come back with some options of moving and never responded to the request. Just told us the 3 tables I suggested we move to that we couldn’t. Also sat us in between the people hosting a retirement seminar and the people going in and out of the private room which was just poor planning
