The food was excellent. We weren’t in the main dining area. It looked like meeting rooms set up to accommodate the Mother’s Day crowd. The room was very noisy. It was hard to hear our conversation. The staff was very affable and worked hard under the difficult situation with so many diners. They should be commended. I’m looking forward to returning during a non-holiday time to enjoy the experiences I’ve had in the past.

The food was excellent and very friendly staff. It took a little longer to get the food after we ordered than typical. There was a small child watching an IPad at the table next to us with the volume way too loud. I felt they should have told the parents to have it turned down at a restaurant like this, I wouldn't let my kids keep it this loud. Overall, very good experience.

The steaks and crab cakes were amazing! The service was great. The sides were room temperature and the lobster not cooked completely. First time there and a little disappointed.

Not my first time to Ruth Chris, but will be the last. For what you pay, you should not feel rushed, and the food should be astounding. My filet was overdone and my wife's was like stringy pot roast. No butter melted all over the steaks like the old days. Everything was bland (steaks, shrimp, au gratin (sliced potatoes with cheese on top basicslly) , calamari was like rubber, and crabcakes bland as well. Seemed rushed through the courses. Dirty plates were left on the table. For 450 for 3 of us, I'd expect something better. You're better off going to outback!

Food was vey good but we were asked to move tables which was fine but figured that the water and plates would match up with the people who were using them. Also the food took forever to come out. The waiter was apologetic but still to deal with the inconvenience of moving and then this was irritiating. I would have expected that part of our bill would be comped to accommodate these issues.

I found the appetizers to be only adequate. Two of us ordered the lobster bisque which turned out to be lukewarm. The service was remarkably slow. While everyone was nice enough the entire experience took way too long for the money charged.

As in many other restaurants, the prices continue to rise substantially at Ruth Chris as well. Jim, the waiter, is knowledgeable and efficient. Water girl could be a bit more aware of empty, or near empty, water glasses. Better yet, a pitcher of water left on the table would be welcome.

Always a great experience. Food is great and they dont rush you to eat and get out. Our server Nicole was perfect amount of attention. She checked on us but wasnt overbearing.

Let’s start out by saying this is definitely not my first time at this location, but it definitely was my worse experience. It started out with the bar scene. Super friendly bartender but slow. To her credit it was a full bar for happy hour, but the restaurant should have had a second bartender. Then at dinner I ordered a $20 glass of wine that when it was served tasted off to me. When I ordered my second glass, I poured my last couple sips into the second glass and noticed all the sediment. When I asked the server, he confirmed my suspicion that the first glass was the bottle of the bottle (and definitely old). Our steaks were outstanding! And cooked to perfection. Our server was awesome as well. Then dessert.. the bread pudding was ice cold. The server attempted to send me home with a new one, but I was so annoyed by this point I turned it down. I am annoyed at this point the manager never came over to apologize. I will not be going back to that location by my own choice and expect better from such an iconic restaurant!

Always an exceptional experience at Ruth Chris. I would say to work on replacing the booth seats. Both were caved in and is not good for some lower back pain sufferers. :). By end of meal, really needed to readjust how I was sitting. Otherwise, just an awesome time and food as expected.

The staff was really nice, however the food was not worth $100. Got the pre-fix menu for $75 (apetizer, main, dessert), which seeo med good value as compared to the stand-alone prices for the steak. For the apetizer, I ordered a lobster bisque which was not edible (very salty and weird tasting), the main was good (lobster tail and 6 oz steak), and then I substituted the desert for a side dish of mushroom (for a $5 charge). When asked, I told the waiter that the lobster bisque was not very good, he kindly brought me a dessert even though I had replaced it for the side dish (which unfortunately, wasn't very good either). Overall i would say service was outstanding, however the quality of the food was well below average. Will not be returning.

Service was excellent and food was very good. Strip side of Porterhouse was a little too fatty but the filet side was tender and fabulous. We will definitely go again because I the perfect restaurant to celebrate a holiday or special occasion . Also, offering Mac and cheese without the lobster is smart and it was creamy and delicious

My wife and I eat at RC bc we love the food! Never bad! The flavor is always amazing! But for some crazy reason at the Princeton RC, the host staff are the worst! We come early to get a drink at the bar and always I ask if the hosts will come and get us for the reserved time. The answer is yes and the execution is no. I literally have to go and get THEM! It’s craziness. Then they look exasperated that I’m coming to get them. Usually 15 minutes after the reserved time.

The service was subpar as the waiter waited entirely too long in between courses to check on us. The person clearing the table addressed the table by saying YO what’s up which is beyond insulting. I will not be returning

Jim was our server and he is great. We have had him in the past. It was a birthday and it was very thoughtful putting birthday “glitz” on the table. The food and service was outstanding.

Great food and waiter. Wished they had a round table so we could enjoy conversation with everyone at the table. Since we had a large party that was not possible with a rectangular table.

Not a good experience, from the serving of cold bread to start (they did bring us warm bread when we requested it) to the refusal of splitting the chop salad for us (as has been for us numerous times before), to the very soupy mac and cheese side, topped off by the much chewier/less tasty steaks we were served, not at all like we have had in the past. On top of which when its 45 degrees outside we shouldn’t have to wear winter coats inside. The heat should have been on. We did speak to the manager and eventually the heat did come on briefly. It will be quite a while before we return. An expensive not enjoyable meal.
