    Graduation and anniversary dinner combined, and Ruth's Chris delivered as always. As you're no doubt aware, RC is a chain, and they do an excellent job of delivering a consistent experience regardless of geography. Cute decorations on the table to acknowledge the special events. Predictably attentive, knowledgeable server. Wine list is extensive if expensive...but that's typical of steakhouses. Love the bread -- two short baguettes that are right out of the oven. We reloaded once. Three ribeyes (cooked properly!) and an order of crab cakes with sides of lobster mac and cheese (insanely good) and their sweet potatoes. Make no mistake, this place is full cholesterol, full fat, full calories, and full priced. And in fairness, there's nothing unique about each location -- but that's their strategy. We were delighted with the consistently of the experience -- and the whole experience.

    We went to Ruth’s Chris to celebrate my father’s birthday tonight. The service was exceptional! Bay was attentive, friendly, professional and added to our experience. He offered to take photos to commemorate the occasion for us and even added my dad’s name to the birthday dessert plate. Bay is a hard worker and seems to take great pride in his job. Please thank him for us! Chelsea was also sweet and helpful! The meal was delicious as always and we can’t wait to venture back to Ruth’s Chris in Princeton!

    We took our little family to dinner to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Bay our waiter and Chelsea his assistant were very attentive and professional without hovering. Nikki, the hostess was pleasantly accommodating when we asked to move to a different table farther away from the crowds. As always, the food was top notch - their creamed spinach is almost as good as Peter Luger’s! A good time was had by all.

    We should have known it wasn't going to be a great experience when the maitre' d took 10 minutes to get us to our table when we arrived two minutes before our reservation and numerous open tables were visible. Once we sat down, another 15 minutes passed until anyone came by to give use water and take our drink orders. It then took another 15 minutes for the server to come back with our drinks and take our order. Fifteen minutes later our appetizer arrived. Twenty minutes later our entrees arrived after we asked our server how long it would take. The manager stopped by a couple times and he could tell we were annoyed. It felt like our server was covering the entire restaurant and the kitchen was having trouble getting dishes out correctly and on time. A person sitting next to us ordered a shrimp dish and salad that never arrived. Lastly, the food was underseasoned and the potatoes au gratin were cubed potatoes covered in cheese. It was dissapointing because I've had a great meal at that location in the past.

    Steak was delicious, my soup was ok, stuffed mushrooms were not good, Cesar salad for the money should be good, but it was not 5 star, something u get at Wawa… cheesecake was good, pot of coffee cold, not even warm … overall 3 star.
