Our server, Joe B., was the highlight of our visit. From the moment he greeted us, he was attentive and helpful. My daughters and I dine here annually on Mother’s Day weekend. The food never disappoints. I was pleasantly surprised to learn about the kids steak entree. That made my daughter’s day. Until next time!

Service very slow and servers not well coordinated with bringing food out. Drinks were slow to come, server spilling most of drink when carrying it to the table. Restaurant very concerned about patrons being on time for their reservation, however once you arrive the restaurant is never ready to seat the party on time.

Food was delicious! Although we had a reservation, we waited approx. 30 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was very cold. The atmosphere was mediocre. There were lots of wine glasses stored on the table next to us. (14). Tables weren't set up well. Some patrons never got their food as long as we were there. We were told they got slammed, and although there were a couple of larger parties, a number of tables were empty. Our server was very nice. After we were served our first course, things went better.

The service and the food were okay. My party and I were very uncomfortable because after we were seated, the song "Wade in the Water" played. The entire party was black, and we felt very uncomfortable and disrespected for the song is a slave hymn.

Unfortunately, this visit left a good bit to be desired. The service was subpar at best. The atmosphere never disappoints.

I have eaten at this Ruth’s Chris many times but this was my least favorite time. The quality of the food was subpar, especially for what our total was. I could’ve gone to many other steakhouses but I chose Ruth’s Chris because of previous experiences. This was such a disappointment.

Our experience was very pleasant!! I thought the Managing team was on points. The waiters were very attentive as well. The food came out in record timing and was prepared perfect. 🤩

Our server Warren was the best server we have ever encountered. He went above and beyond and did everything he could to keep our children happy, which then kept us happy. The food was great, but the service was better!

The service was really slow. There was a lot of tables open but no one to serve I guess. The food was just okay. Not a really good location to grab a quick lunch. If you have under two hours for lunch probably not a good idea.

We had to waited about 35 minutes to get seated once seated we waited another hour and a half to get our food at this point it’s 11pm finally got the food and the stuffed chicken was over cooked and dry we was so upset the server was actually wonderful

Food was just ok. Service was absolutely terrible and we were seated in an annex which I was not happy about.. overpriced for what you got. Go somewhere else.

Our experience started out a little rocky - there was no hostess at the front so we tried to order a drink at the bar. The bartender barely said a word to us and looked annoyed at having to make our drinks. Thankfully she was let off the hook because the hostess appeared and showed us to our table. I had noted on the reservation that it was our anniversary and the hostess wished us a Happy Anniversary, as did our waiter. There was confetti on the table but also unfortunately some kind of gooey food on the bottom of my water glass. Thankfully our waiter was excellent and our experience greatly improved from there. He offered us complementary champagne as well as a complementary cheesecake dessert in addition to the desserts that came with our meals (he wrapped those us in to-go containers for us). The food was delicious as usual, but it does seem like the prices keep going up, and for what you pay, everything should be perfection.

Service and food was excellent. It was way too cold. I traveled 3 hours for the seafood tower which is served chilled on ice. I was shivering trying to eat it. My family had to go out a couple a times to warm themselves.

First time dining at this location and was excited due to this being where it all started. Our server was great so the low stars for service was because we waited an hour for the appetizer of a salad to come out. We received our entrees like 20 mins later, not bad but the mash was cold and the creamed spinach had a weird taste. The waiter did give me a drink on the house because of our troubles so I appreciated that. I would dine here again to give them another shot, it could’ve just been a one off for the kitchen this day.

Not a good experience. Food took forever. Mashed potatoes were cold and tasted like instant. We were told more bread was coming for our soup and waiter vanished for half an hour. Never got the bread.
