    The service was so awful. We were sat 45mi after our scheduled reservation time. Then took another 20 min for a server to greet us and take our orders. We ordered two appetizers and one came out cold and uncooked. Asked for my steak medium well and it came out medium rare! Server only checked on us once and took forever to bring the bill. This is only half the experience I can fit into this box. Worse experience I’ve ever had there

    Great meal and experience! Went while on a birthday trip to New Orleans. We were a group of 7, and they were very accommodating. The table had confetti and they brought a birthday dessert out as well. Fernandez was our server, and he was phenomenal! He made our experience great!

    Hernandez, our waiter was fabulous. The food is always delicious and cooked just right. Definitely my go-to place when I want a good meal, great ambience and fantastic service!

    I found everyone pleasant. A bit slow getting seated. Food was excellent.

    Reservation was for 9:00, we were seated in the back room, alone, at 9:40. Food started arriving around 10:20. Brussels severally burnt, Mac and cheese was very runny. I ordered a medium well 8oz filet (specifically asked for almost well) it came out as a huge medallion and all medium rare and had to be sent back. I didn’t get to eat my returned steak until around 10:50, my husband shared his steak with me in the interim, as well as his Cesar salad which was good. My husband has now ruled out ever dining at any Ruth Chris again, he was very upset at our $168 mediocre experience. The only enjoyable aspect was the customer service from our waiter, John. We were on my birthday trip and both left our final night dinner disappointed.

    We had to send food back due to temperature: lobster bisque and our 2 sides, all served nearly cold to room temperature- staff had to put in microwave to warm up. There was only 1 restroom and it looked like a gas station restroom. Not the type of experience we expected from Ruth’s especially with the prices of food. Our server was nice and apologetic. This location must do better.
