The service was impeccable. Our server, Ismael greeted us by name and made us feel very comfortable. At some point during the service every staff member that stopped by our table wished us a happy anniversary. And the meal was delicious. It was definitely worth the visit.

Overall, it was an ok experience. The food was decent, if perhaps a little overpriced for what you get. The service was friendly but very inconsistent. At times, we waited much longer than we should have to see our server.

It’s always a great experience at Ruth’s Chris. Their Caesar salad is always crisp & fresh, their large filet is always cooked to perfection, all the potato dishes are amazing, 🤌 & even the mushrooms surprised me. It’s all so great! You get what you pay for & it’s worth it. P.s. Don’t pass up the gambler old fashioned!

The 3 of us were very impressed with ambiance, quality of food, impeccable & service. We all agree that we will be returning & will share our experience with others. We happened to be there on Mother's Day, 2 of us ordered steak and lobster, the 3rd ordered a brunch option; Eggs Benedict and we all ate every bite everything was delicious.

Everything was lovely, the normal for Ruth Chris, food and services. The only thing that rub me the wrong way was my waitress (Ms. young). When she gave me my bill she pointed out the breakdown at the bottom of the check, for suggestions on how much to tip. It threw me off and I didn’t know how to take it. Did she think I was not going to tip or she didn’t think I was going to tip enough. I do a lot of traveling and tried some pretty nice/upscale restaurants and I never had someone point out how much to tip. If this is a worry for the company maybe put gratuity automatically included in the bills total. I’m so tempted to go back to get clarification on is this something they do at this location? If so I would not celebrate another event here.

So disappointed for my daughters graduation dinner. My side dish was forgotten. Table not cleared. Waitress never asked my husband if he wanted a second drink. Filet, too rare and not hot and not good for $54.00, very disappointed. Husbands NY strip, to flat and Walleye not good. Really not to the level Ruth Chris shoould be and certainly not for the price. Will not recommend.
