Every item ordered from appetizers to dessert was delicious. However, since it is all a la carte, its pricey. So plan on spending more than you expected.

Always great. Had a precious 1st Communion party of about 10 next to us ... a little loud but adorable. Our server, Chris's service, as always, was great. Food delicious. Yes, it's pricey, but worth it bc steaks are top of the line & cooked to perfection.

Made a reservation and arrived early, they were able to seat us early and asked about whose birthday it was. Excellent waiter Chase, he was on top of everything. Great GM Kimberly came by twice to see if everything was good. Food was delicious as always.

Service was kind of slow. People who came in after us were served before us. My t bone was on point and delicious. Potatoes au gratin was a child’s portion but flavor was good

At first I was ready to walk out, we were seated upstairs in a small 2 top squeezed next to two tables, one of which was a 6 top extremely loud. The hostess heard my friend complain, so she moved us to a 4 top, which was much much better; however, the 6 top was boisterous the entire evening, kind of ruining it for us. The waiter was awesome and definitely made up for it. The food, so so. The waiter misunderstood our appetizer/salad order so receiving it was a long wait, the kitchen ran out of my brussel sprout side dish so I substituted it for potatoes augratin, which was a treat for me since I basically don't eat carbs any more, the potatoes were awful, tasted as if cheese whiz was poured on top of potatoes, without even putting the dish in the oven. I realize Covid changed a lot of my dining experiences; however, we're at 4 years now, it's time to go back to the fine dining, great food experience, we use to know.

It was as good as it always is. Our waitress has been there 28 years. She was so polished with grace and professionalism. Even the valet outside was very personable and engaging

We had James as our waiter and he was amazing. We arrived 30 minutes early for our reservation and they were able to accommodate to us and take us in early. The service and food was amazing and worth every dollar. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant.

We both had the Ruth's Classic filet and lobster. Prepared and served elegantly. Also, a great wine selection. We had the merlot. Our server was Ray and he did a great job. Clay Poché

Ruth's does a great job with flavor, but the quality of steaks has really decreased. I got the bone in filet, a higher cut of meat on their menu and it was really tough.

Ask for Anne Marie or Janae for the “Ruthie’s experience”, but please tip well. They set the standard. Although every server there is great as well! This is the most personable location in the city. They will remember you and your family here. Great place to dine.

I have been to many Ruth’s Chris locations throughout the country, and I do say, this would have to be the one I would not recommend. Being Easter, I would have expected better quality and service as experienced in other locations. The service was extremely slow. It took 21/2 hours. We were so ready to leave by the time our desserts came. We waited about 30 minutes to take orders, 45 for salads and another 45 plus for steaks and so on. It was so painfully slow. The lobster was overcooked and rubbery, the steaks did not have the crispy crust that I am used to. The seasonings were bland. This was the FIRST time I have ever had to put salt and pepper on my steak. To pay $500 plus for dinner, I expect better than what I received. I do not recommend this location. So disappointed. I will not be coming back.

Wonderful Easter lunch! Jaynay, our server was exceptional! She made us feel comfortable, gave good advise about the menu and could not have been more helpful! Yes it’s a little pricey, but for a special occasion it was well worth it! And the food was great!

I have never found a better steak then Ruth’s Chris. Always consistent, always wonderful. The staff is fantastic, and the ambience is that of a true traditional steakhouse.

We were placed near the kitchen so the continuous parade of staff by the table was unpleasant. We enjoyed the side dishes but the steaks were not as good quality as I had in the past. The petit filet was overcooked but since we had been sitting there so long it was not sent back. Also, the waitress was quite nice but her calling me "my darlings and sweetness" was not really welcome. A more professional tone would have been preferred.

Love taking out of town guests here. Quiet surroundings, terrific service and wonderful food. Adore the chopped salad and tried the chicken breast this time and found it delicious!!

When we go to Ruth Chris steak House, we usually get the steak for two. However this time they said it wasn't available. I went to celebrate my mom's 87th Birthday, and it just felt like they were totally unprepared for the celebration, even though I had reservations. I sure miss Ian, the waiter we had last time. The table was decorated for my mama's birthday, and they even wrote Happy Birthday on the dessert plate last time. Well this time, the table wasn't decorated, and there was no Happy Birthday written on the plate very disappointing.

Everything about our experience was wonderful. The food was fabulous and the service was excellent. We were seated in a booth away from main set of tables so the noise level was good. Waitstaff did have to pass a lot because of proximity to the kitchen, but the secluded nature of the booth made it worthwhile. Thank you for an amazing evening.
