We had the fabulous Betty as our server for the evening, with the wonderful Sophia as her back up! Betty was amazing, always checking in with us to make sure our every need was met. The head hostess also checked in, as did David, the manager. We ran in to a snafu and were running late and Becca was so sweet and helpful when we called to let inform them. My mom was having her 81st birthday and I had let the restaurant know ahead of time, and they were so attentive in acknowledging this special occasion. And the valets were so friendly and attentive, just sorry I did not get their names. We have nothing but praise for our entire experience and please let the staff know that we felt special, despite Al of the other patrons, who I know had to have felt the same way! Thank you Ruth’s Chris Lake Mary!

Went for Mother’s Day which I know is an extremely busy day. However, that’s no excuse when you are dining at certain establishments. It was so loud I felt like I was in a cafeteria. They had no bread, calamari was chewy and over cooked. All of our steak came out way undercooked (mine was raw), they took our plates back to throw the steak back on the grill, but when they came back they were cooked properly. Biggest problem was they left the original lobster tail which was now cold and rubbery. Do better Ruth’s Chris. We have been here many times and it’s usually on point. Our server was awesome and the manger did make it right, but the night was ruined for my wife and mother.

My wife and I were there to celebrate Mother’s Day. We were seated in the middle of the main dining room so we were close to people on all sides. One person at a table next to us was swearing f bombs right and left. We did not see any staff ask them to stop or leave. Fortunately they did leave after about 20 minutes. We were about to ask to be reseated. Our food was good. Room was extremely noisy. Service slow. No one offered more water until we were paying the bill. And we were ready to go before our waitress asked us if we saved room for dessert. We had saved room but as my wife replied “we’re no longer in the mood “. Overall a 3 rating is the best we can do.

This was my first trip to the Lake Mary location. The food and service was excellent. Your combo special was very good all was cooked to perfection. The one thing I did not care for was the noise level. It was horrible and not relaxing at all. It was difficult hearing our conversation back an forth. I am sorry to say I will not return because of the NOISE LEVEL. You should get a sound expert in there and do something about it.

My wife and I both opted for theRuth’s Classics, a pre-fixed menu with starter, entree, side, and deserts. We did have a lump crab cake appetizer, and they are the nearest I’ve found to Maryland. The filet is always consistently prepared, and the salad and mashed potatoes were good. Our server was Brittany. She was very attentive throughout the entire dinner. The only complaint I have that I have every time is the plates they serve the filet on are ridiculously small for everything on the plate and trying to cut it.

Service was top notch. Steak was awesome. Good sides. I couldn’t eat all the good, it was too much. But made a nice steak salad the next day with the leftovers. Highly recommend.

Very good experience. My only feedback, is we sat next to a table that was extremely obnoxious. They got up from their table, and went into the hallway, and took a bottle of wine back to their table. A manager should have stepped in. At the end of the evening the waitress brought there table a round of wines, with a great pour. You can't do that, and not offer to the other guests.

We spent $277 (NO liquor included for 3 people lemonade, unsweetened ice tea and water with lemon and that didn't include the TIP). Everything should have been PERFECT for that price and it almost was that's why I gave it a 4 star... The appetizers were the BEST, goat cheese artichoke, shrimp in a BBQ sauce, and Ahi ... I had the sea bass which was just a little fishy ("fresh" seafood is not fishy). My son had the mac & cheese lobster (very good) with a side of lobster (a bit chewy, not melt in your mouth) and grilled shrimp. My husband had his usual stuffed chicken breast but it was on the DRY side with a side of mash potatoes (didn't really taste homemade). All, accompanied by warm bread and butter which was really good... What was a big turn-off is that my husband and I are chemical perfume sensitive and our waitress was just bathed in perfume! Every time she came, we couldn't wait until she left! My husband got sick at the end and he had to leave and wait for us outside. I had to wait for the sweet potato with ice cream we usually order for dessert, to take home (DELISH every time). This is nothing against the waitress personally, her service was EXCELLENT, on top of refilling our glasses and asking how everything was this may not matter to most but to those afflicted, it triggers respiratory problems... I don't think the Restaurant enforces any low or no perfume policy on service personnel. We recommend it for those special occasions but being so pricey, it's not possible, at least for us, to go occasionally as we would like to

Had a fairly early seating on a Saturday evening to celebrate a wedding anniversary. They failed to bring my wife’s broccoli and daughter in laws creamed spinach with her prix fixe meal. Waitress was not present after food delivery. When still no one to tell after 10 minutes had to leave table to get someone’s attention. Food was very slow to be delivered and the clearing of dishes was slow along with the bill presentation. Waitress winked a lot and made empty promises.

Food was hot...that's great. Nothing worse than cold food. rib eye was cooked correctly but a little chewy. Think I'll go with the small fillet next time. Thought I misplaced my wallet and called next day for assistance. Very cooperative. Did find it hiding in my closet later in the day. Thank you for your assistance

We’ve eaten here for over 20 years on special occasions and for happy hour on a Friday night. Tonight things were off and not typical. The service and meal were slow and my husbands steak was over cooked. It was handled when the wait stag and manager checked on us - and they did what they could to make it better. Just overall, they were not up to par tonight.

Our host was Manager David Thai who checked on our meals several times. We were a party of six with "diverse" food interests, and we were very happy with the way everything was prepared and served: hot things were hot, and cold items were cold. We especially like the new bread served with meals. It is more chewy and flavorful. The bread pudding dessert was remarkable for its texture and flavor. Yummy! Thanks again, David!

Two steaks came out cooked wrong, salad wasn’t made as ordered. Plates were really sloppy looking. Server assistant had food for each person was in the wrong orders. Didn’t bring sauce with steak . Really disappointed in a.$500 dinner

From checking in on our arrival at the front desk to leaving the restaurant our experiences were top-notch. Our server, Chela, and her assistant made sure that we were pleased with every aspect of our dining. The food was excellent and nicely portioned so we left the restaurant content. We're already looking forward to another visit.

Was a beautiful evening to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The service was amazing and ?Janne? our waitress was EXCEPTIONAL! I could not have asked for anything more.
