The food is always great. Even when a mistake is made they quickly resolve it. They always place the customer’s satisfaction first.

Food was on point! Spicy shrimp was delicious! Had Filet bernaise and lobster tails. Mashed potato, mushrooms,asparagus were delicious! Thank you Chef and kitchen for delivering what I always expect from Ruth’s Chris. Busser was so pleasant and polite. Food runner auction off food. Our server was horrible! Took our order and never saw him again. No personality! Order taker. His name was Marcus. I wanted a $22.00 glass of wine with my steak and couldn’t find him. I finally asked a young man who was a host if he could ask me server to bring me a glass of wine and he rolls his eyes and shook his head like it was not his job and couldn’t be bothered. I saw him tell our server across the room and a half hour later after we finished our dinner he came over and sad you want a glass of wine and I said never mind I am done with dinner.i just wanted to get out of there. He boxed our food table side throwing all the food in one box. Never offered dessert or after dinner drinks. I have worked in hospitality all my life. Worked for Ruth’s in Boston and Savannah for many years and know the standards. I also worked for Smith &wollensky as well as The Four Seasons. The service we received tonight was unacceptable. Shame on him ! Get out of the hospitality industry!

The remodeled dining room is nice and the service was spot on as usual. Great steaks and appetizers. We had several appetizers and then shared the tomahawk ribeye which was carved perfectly tableside.

Been here quite often. This last visit was very disappointing. 23 minutes from seating to getting a drink. Rarely got checked on during the meal. Sadly may not go back to one if our favs.

Love the remodel, but our table was very close to a wall and servers had trouble maneuvering around it. We always ask for Marcus because he's a good server. However, this time, he didn't visit the table as often as usual; the restaurant was not busy at all, but he seemed to always be somewhere else. He accidentally threw away some leftovers, but he replaced them which was nice. His assistants need more training. They didn't know who had ordered what, they were inconsistent about serving from the correct side, and they never returned to check on the orders. Several of us ordered the filet from the prix fixe menu, and the 6 oz. steaks were subpar. They seemed to be scrap cuts. Those who ordered the larger filets had beautiful cuts of meat. The drinks, wine, salads, and desserts were all good. Marcus was kind enough to provide extra dessert for those in our party who were celebrating birthdays.
