The food was amazing! Every dish we received tasted excellent. The drinks were delicious. The staff was informative and friendly. Very accommodating as we arrived a bit early. Our server Melody was very knowledgeable of the menu and specials. She also provided excellent service. Will definitely be eating here again.

Awful experience, waited for drinks at least 20 minutes. Steak was suppose to be medium but both steaks were well done. Never received loaded bake potato we ordered. Tried to get someone to help but continued to wait. Waiter finally showed up and got manager, he said they could fix something else because he hated for us to leave hunger. Forget it!!!! Never again! Awful service and food 0 stars

One of the best if not the best steak I've ever had. Waiter brought different salad than what I ordered. The pre meal bread and butter was good. I enjoyed the crab cake appetizer. The sides were disappointing I've had better cream spinach and better potatoes and onions.

Not a very good experience. Food was way below Ruth Chris standards. Had to send back an appetizer and an entree. The other 2 entrees were average at best. Won’t be returning.

As a part of an Embassy Suites the hotel traffic was unavoidable as the bathrooms for the restaurant are in the lobby of the Hotel. The dining areas were limited to spacing due to the confines of the space with in the hotel but they did the best they could. Privatizing the booths and tables may be a better option upon the next remodel. The food was expectedly good. Bonus they kept specialized wines off the menu. The that was a plus. Wait staff were very friendly.

Wonderful evening in a beautifully renovated restaurant ! From the bar to the table, the Kennesaw team took great care of us. Joe made us feel particularly welcome and cared for. Dinner was extraordinary -- five stars to the calamari and Petit Filet with blue cheese crust, in particular. Can't wait to return.

Food was great, it took a minute for us to gets to order but I think that has more to do with the ambiance because the waiter was very attentive. Prices are a little high for my taste but it was my anniversary.

This was my and my husband's first time at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Our server, Joe, was very friendly and made our meal special for our 19th anniversary. The food was delicious—one of the best filets we've ever had. The salad was plentiful, and we had both salad and side items to take home, nicely packaged by the staff. The drinks were great. We were so full and satisfied by the end of the meal. We appreciated the extra touches to celebrate our special day. It was one of our most expensive date night meals, but we knew we wanted to splurge for our special occasion.

They remodeled the restaurant and overall looks pretty good and functional. Looks like the food quality is not up to Ruth Chris's standards. Steaks were undercooked and sent them back. New steaks were better but overall not as expected. Lobster tail was over spiced and barely tasted like lobster. Great salad. Service was ok, not much better than a less expensive steak house. After we were seated we had to wait for 15 minutes before a waiter arrived , and that was after we asked for a waiter. Overall for the price we were very disappointed. It makes me sad that my favorite restaurant let me down.
