Wonderful evening in a beautifully renovated restaurant ! From the bar to the table, the Kennesaw team took great care of us. Joe made us feel particularly welcome and cared for. Dinner was extraordinary -- five stars to the calamari and Petit Filet with blue cheese crust, in particular. Can't wait to return.

Food was great, it took a minute for us to gets to order but I think that has more to do with the ambiance because the waiter was very attentive. Prices are a little high for my taste but it was my anniversary.

This was my and my husband's first time at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Our server, Joe, was very friendly and made our meal special for our 19th anniversary. The food was delicious—one of the best filets we've ever had. The salad was plentiful, and we had both salad and side items to take home, nicely packaged by the staff. The drinks were great. We were so full and satisfied by the end of the meal. We appreciated the extra touches to celebrate our special day. It was one of our most expensive date night meals, but we knew we wanted to splurge for our special occasion.

They remodeled the restaurant and overall looks pretty good and functional. Looks like the food quality is not up to Ruth Chris's standards. Steaks were undercooked and sent them back. New steaks were better but overall not as expected. Lobster tail was over spiced and barely tasted like lobster. Great salad. Service was ok, not much better than a less expensive steak house. After we were seated we had to wait for 15 minutes before a waiter arrived , and that was after we asked for a waiter. Overall for the price we were very disappointed. It makes me sad that my favorite restaurant let me down.

Sit in the entryway with the rounded booths if you want a more quiet meal--one of our party has a hearing problem and had no trouble with the conversation. Even with people and waiters passing by and a large Mother's Day crowd, it was very pleasant and private. We got the porterhouse with four sides for our party of four, and we had a bit left over after everyone was stuffed! The sides are plenty big enough to share. Our waiter was attentive without being intrusive; he was perfect for us. The place was a bit difficult for me to find (fortunately, my daughter had been there before and told us that the place was INSIDE the hotel). While the bill was hefty, it's well worth going for a special occasion. I'm certain we'll be back.

I visit a lot of Ruth's steakhouses across the country and have been to the Kennesaw location several times. However, the past two times it has been terrible. Understandabley, they are renovating and this wasn't an issue. The server was in over his head and not up to the service expected at a higher end restaurant. The lyonnaise potatoes came literally burnt and he returned them not to return during the meal. The au gratin potatoes were dry. The steaks were cooked properly, but lacked flavor. They took the lyonnaise potatoes off the check but frankly, I preferred to have them with my meal. Frankly, the Chattanooga Ruth's Chris has never disappointed.

Excellent food and service as always, however they are undergoing renovations so it is a little less of a luxurious experience than it normally is. Our waitress was wonderful though and made our anniversary dinner very special.

The service was excellent, Ebony was great, but as far as the food that would be a negative, for the price I paid the food, you would have thought the food would have been on point, what I had I wouldn't recommend to anyone from appetizers to the main course.

This is my second time at this restaurant and I have to say the first time was way better!! Prior to Covid was way better! Better pricing and better ambience. Granted they are going through a major renovation which I wish I would have known prior to booking. I loved it the first time but this time it was just meh definitely not worth the price. I’m sure once they finish renovations it will be better. It will be a long while before I come back

Sat in renovated bar area which is a great improvement. Few diners so noise level was low but suspect with hard floor and ceiling the potential to get noisy is there. Service was very good. The quality of the food/beef is not what Ruth’s Chris made their name on and definitely not up to the cost assigned to it.

The food was very good, but the service was not what I expected. At one point, I waited more than 20 minutes for a water refill. The restaurant was also much louder than I expected, so it was difficult to have conversation at times. We ordered drinks, and even though we ordered the same drinks, they were different the second time. My dinner companion’s food came out wrong, and the steak was overcooked when they corrected the original mistake. I don’t think I would come back to this location.

They are doing major renovations! I planned to dine here for my birthday and was seated in the bar area although I had reservations for a table. The two seats I picked near the bar both had dirty tables so I requested to be moved to the dining room. The level of construction going on in the area leading up to the dining room was undesirable. There was no lighting and the floor was ripped up and dusty. Due to this being a birthday dinner I decided to leave and dine at another location.

My waiter Williams was amazing. 10/10 experience and the rest of the staff were amazing as well. Absolutely going back to this location and I didn’t have to pay for parking like the downtown Atlanta location.

Remodeling location. A small area kept open. Jammed with tables. Very very noise. They should either close the restaurant down completely or inform potential diners of the remodeling. Extremely disappointed. If I knew ahead of time I would have gone someplace else but I was with an out of town guest with no options. Avoid.

Absolutely the worst Ruth experience ever. Under remodel and lighting terrible, noise echos, 8-10 tables. They need to close till complete. Food was remarkably bad. Filet was a bad cut, not seared, and very tough. When I asked after 1 bite they said” must be a bad piece”!! Stay away from here. The lobster Mac was also terrible. 2 bites in I quit. $160 disappointment. I believe the Olive Garden group is now showing its true colors. It’s all down hill from here.

It’s been a while since my wife and I dined at Ruth’s Chris due to a previous bad experience. Today’s however, they over-delivered both our expectations. My steak was perfect and, by far, the best I’ve had all year. Being fish lover, my wife’s salmon was also amazing. Additionally I’ve got to mentioned the service; starting with the host to our amazing server, Matthew —- All concerned were on point. Thank you Ruth’s Chris for resetting my expectations with a fantastic experience today!!

We’ve been to this location a bunch of times but we have never had a server as great as Melody. She was absolutely amazing and had great energy. They did was good but the service was even better!!!

Great place for prom. Was nice and quiet and was easy sharing the sides.

You shouldn't have to wait for nearly 30 minutes to get your check. The noise level was horrific mainly due to women screaming over one another and during wine info explanation.

Alfredo was our server. He did an outstanding job. We did have to mention our dessert five times, however. Not sure why but perhaps he was had a lot going on. The food was delicious. We have hesitated going for years since we detest chain restaurants. This was for my husband's business trip and staying at the Embassy Suite that we decided to come due to convenience. Everything was formal and the ambience was great, minus the child in the other dining room. Truly I think the establishment needs to have a minimum age in place to not derail from the experience. Otherwise, the food was a 10/10!

Great, quality food. Service was awesome! We had a table of 6 people and that all raved about both the food and service.

Really the best steak. We got there early in the evening when it was not full. As we dined, the place filled up and got a bit louder and the waitstaff got busier - as to be expected. Our server Melody was charming. The manager came to greet us as first timers with an "amuse-bouche". It was a birthday and the chef sent out a delicious individual cheese cake for each of us with a candle. Pricey but perfect evening, just what I was looking for. German guest seriously impressed with quality and portion sizes of the meat. Yes, you can tell they are renovating and need it, but not at all offensive.

We were seated on time and efficiently Our order was taken promptly and we ordered a bottle of wine and an appetizer. Crab stuffed mushrooms were served and excellent as always. Our steaks were delicious,however my wife had ordered shrimp with the steak, which were not included Our issue was that our water glasses were empty from our appetizers until we asked after dinner. Also no one offered to refill our wine during dinner. Not expected from a restaurant like this

Maybe other locations are different but this one did not fit the prices of the entrees and appetizers. I mean I understand it’s a chain somewhat but at this location there was no seating for those waiting with reservations, the food was a little better than mid and I feel like you could get a better meal/experience at Fogo De Chau or any Korean BBQ place…
