Our Ruth's Chris Steak House experience was very good. The service staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and prepared well. My wife and guest were happy with the restaurant the whole experience.

Waiter was terrible, for fine dining you should have better training. The helper and food runners were better than the waiter. Food was good, not great certainly not worth over 900.00 Hostess and host were very nice at door. Not sure if I’d go back. At least if I do I will not be waited on by same person!

Lamb chops were supposed to be extra cut. One out of three were double cut. Ordered the lamb chops medium rare but they were well done. Order side of Brussels sprouts that came out cold. Not a good culinary experience for a Ruth Chris. However, our server was impeccable!

Great experience! We celebrated our 15 year anniversary. The staff were amazing and the food was exceptional! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a great steak and amazing service to go to Ruth Chris!

Steven, my server, was exceptional, as usual, recognizing me and providing great service. The food was outstanding, as always! Visiting this wonderful restaurant is consistently delightful. I consistently leave satisfied and content! If you find yourself in the Huntsville area, I highly recommend trying this establishment; you won't be let down. And don't forget to order a wildberry sidecar! It's my favorite drink on the menu.

Excellent service from the start. Anniversary dinner and they sat us in a quiet part of the restaurant in a side room. Wait staff was knowledgeable about both the food and drink menus and service was quick with the food. The food was all excellent as well. I have never had a bad meal here.

We always enjoy eating at Ruth's Chris. This is the first time that we had lunch there. It was Easter Sunday and our reservation was at 12:45 and we were seated promptly. Don, was our server. Unless we're there for happy hour he is usually the person who takes care of us.

This is always an amazing experience for dining out. Sierra was our server and she as well as the filets were great. We each had a dessert I had the sin cake and my associate had the apple crumb and ice cream. Everything was just perfect.

We had high expectations and those were not only met, but exceeded. We will definitely be back. Our server was well-informed, made great recommendations, and was always asking if we needed anything. Could not have been a better way to celebrate our anniversary.

The evening started off pretty ok. So excited to dine at our favorite spot! Drinks were on point kudos to the bartender. Then……… Trudy changes the whole vibe. Her attitude and demeanor made us feel unwelcomed. We chalked it up to maybe it had been a long so let’s push through. Ordered our food which was awesome to start then the entrees came and a medium well steak was past well done. When we let her know of the issue her response was do you want a box? After little discussion she had the steak remade. Brought it back in a to go container and sat it on the floor and walked away. A little stunned and of unsure of what was happening we walked over to hostess stand and asked for manager . They intervened and must have spoken to our server. Trudy returned and somewhat apologized for placing bag on the floor and said she would handle it. Took food away and never brought it back. We didn’t want that meal comped but the manger did. So thanks but weird that food was never brought back to our table. I have NEVER experienced such. I hope that she is retrained on how to handle customers with or without issues because clearly there is a missing link. Still love Ruth ‘s Chris. So this one mishap will not detour me!

Dining at its best!! My granddaughter 17th birthday celebration!! She was treated like a princess. Dani, our lovely server, went over and beyond customers service. The presentation was amazing and the food was delicious. Our experience was top notch. Thank you Ruth’s Chris

We had reservations for 7:15pm, but wasn't seated until almost 8pm. Service at the bar while we waited was very good, female named Abby, so we decided to order an appetizer. We were seated before the appetizer arrived so we paid our bar tab and went to our table. The appetizer arrived soon after. I got a little annoyed when the male bartender came out to our table and asked if we settled up at the bar. All he had to do was ask the other bar tender. We waited quite a while before a server came to our table to take our order. By that time, we decided we had waited way too long and decided to leave and not eat dinner.

My filet had to be sent back as it was well done vs medium and the lobster was so shriveled and dry you couldn’t cut it with a knife. The server brought it out anyway and even announced up front as she was putting down the plates that it was ALL bad. IMO, the plates should have never came out like that. I expected better as I’ve eaten here a dozen times. They corrected everything but it should have been caught in the back of the house.

Steaks were flavorful but one not cooked to order. Wait staff took care of it immediately. Reservation was for an early time frame but they had run out some sides. Prices are what you would expect them to be for.a RC .

My husband and I are both service industry people, and we both can say this has been the best service and food we’ve had in a long time. Every penny was worth the quality. & on top of that a manager came to the table to do a table touch. Don’t see that often. Cannot express how grateful we are of that. Thank you to our server Angel and to the kitchen staff.

I made reservations for 5 people, then another person decided to join the next day. I went online to change the reservation to 6 but then a credit card was required. I just thought maybe because less than 24 hours. So I told them when we got to the restaurant. When you have a table for 6 or more, they will only give you one ticket and tip is included. Had I known that, we would have just gone someplace else.

Steak was overcooked. Very disappointed. The stuffed mushrooms were truly delicious. But, we all know mushrooms are not what a person goes to Ruth’s Chris for.

Parking was limited close to the building. Valet parking was not available that night. The filet mignon and lobster were delicious. The Prix Fixe meals are a great value. Don, our waiter, was fantastic.

The food is absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend getting sides. The NY strip has more flavor than the filet but you can’t go wrong with either. The lobster mac n cheese, sweet potato casserole, creamed spinach, and brussel sprouts are fabulous!!!! For dessert GET THE APPLE TART!!!!!!

Ehh, steak was perfect, lobster was chewy baked potato was hard, spinach side was gross. Service was good. Over all a fancy name in a steak house. For an above average steak and everything else just being alright, rather just save the money and hit up Texas road house

If high scale dining is your thing then Ruth Chris is your place. The food was good. Service was good. Atmosphere was good. However, I have had MUCH better steaks, service, and atmosphere at 1/3 the cost at many other places. It should be noted that if my wife wanted to go back. I would go. But personally, I would much rather get a much better steak at say Longhorn, or Outback, or Texas Roadhouse.
