We know everything is going up in price but the price has doubled since the pandemic. The food was great luckily we only go once a year

Our waiter, Johnny was beyond amazing, so was our server. Definitely made the experience 1000 times better! Would recommend to anyone traveling to LV.

Ruth Chris has always been a nice establishment. However, the steak bone in filet and lobster was missing flavor and the portions was smaller than expected particularly the steak size. The customer service was excellent and they did not disappoint The drinks were very weak considering the cost. I would visit again but not get that particular lobster and steak.

Food was very inconsistent, some items were great and others were cooked very poorly. The same cuts of meat also varied in quality drastically one steak from another. When a steak was addressed to the server as being overcooked she argued us that we we were wrong rather than just having another steak cooked.

We love Ruth’s Chris! This was our second visit because the first experience was so fantastic the first time. Which was only 3 months ago, in January. We were celebrating our 18th year wedding anniversary, and were given a beautiful roomy booth facing the window of the Las Vegas Strip. Jonathan was our server, and was absolutely wonderful! As well as his assistant, whose name I am shamed to admit I forget at the moment. He was so friendly and helpful too. Unfortunately for my husband and I, this time around we both ended up getting sick later, after eating there this time. Other than that we had a great time.

Tina was a good server. The food was very tasty. I was surprised there were only 4 blackened scallops on cheesy polenta in he order but it was quite filling. Also, the cheesecake was on the menu for $14.95. But when we got our check, we were charged $17.95. It never occurred to me to ensure proper prices are on a restaurant check. $3 wrong charge for each cheesecake is quite hefty. It was remedied quickly. I hope it was just a computer programming error.

I went to Vegas to celebrate my 42nd birthday and Ruth Chris was THE dinner choice. Everything went well from the ambiance to the waiter (Thank you Mike) to the food. It was delicious and a birthday to remember. I am already planning my birthday dinner for next year. Whatever state I end up at MUST have a Ruth Chris.

This is one of my favorite restaurants and for a special birthday this was my first option,my experience in the past was a delight. This time around we felt the service was terrible almost very aggressive in a way that made me feel uncomfortable to ask for suggestions in the menu or even to ask for something I needed. The table was very wobbly everytime we would touch our food, and when we asked if we could sit somewhere else they told us it was going to be $25 per guest. After all this parking was not even validated and was another extra $35.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Jessica was amazing! She is very knowledgeable about the restaurants menu. We received complentary wine. Food was delicious! The chicken breast entrée was amazing not to mention the steak made perfect for my hubby's taste. All in All, perfect choice!

X Bread tasteless. BBQ shrimp sauce bland to what we’ve had before . NY stake was tough. Crab cakes very fishy . No validation parking. Paid $40 to park for an hour. Complete disappointment!

We arrived early and were able to be sat immediately. Waiter was friendly and the dining room was beautiful. We had steak, brussel sprouts, and sweet potato casserole. Everything was perfectly prepared and delicious.

Service was great. We typically are never disappointed with our Ruth’s Chris steaks, however both of our steaks were severely undercooked and then overcooked when brought back to our table. Rookie mistakes for an upscale steakhouse! We were looking forward to this meal all day and left very disappointed.

I’ve eaten at this restaurant all over the country. The prices in the Las Vegas location are noticeably inflated.

We ate at the Harrah's location about 2 years ago and it was the best steak and food ever. This time it was very good but not as good as last time. The fillet portion of the "3 favorite" item was rather small and some fat.

It was awesome and I had a good time! I did have to walk through the hotel past the casino to find the place on level 2, but other than that everything was perfect!!

It has been a while since we visited a Ruth Chris Steakhouse but this location was the worst ever. Really nice atmosphere but the steaks were tough, the service was so-so and the prices were unbelievably out of reason. A small tough 8 oz filet was $75.00 and the $17.95 baked potato was cold with hard bits of imitation bacon. There was three of us which included two 8oz fillets and one grilled salmon two baked potatoes and one mashed potato and the bill was over $280.00. All three of us had water, no drinks at all. This is a tourist trap you should avoid at all costs.
