Great food and service! It was our 19th wedding anniversary and Ruth's Chris did not disappoint food was cooked to perfection and the service was personal and professional.

As many times we ate at Cherokee Ruth’s Chris, this was the worse. The noise level coming from 2 individuals who had their phones on speaker and turned up distrubed other guests who wanted a quiet nice atmosphere. The lamb chops were greasy. The Brussels Sprouts were limp. The waitress, Alansis was nice and attentive. She also made a great bar drink.

Great experience as usual, steak wasn't as seasoned as past visits but still good, I think the menu needs to be revamped though, wasn't really excited about anything but steak and sweet potato casserole

Delicious steak, cooked to perfection. My hubby and I like it rare and it was divine with a perfect crust, but nice and cool and juicy in the middle. The waitstaff was so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return for date night!

Awesome meal, NY Strip & Chicken were perfect (i would suggest a Charger plate under a 500f plate set directly onto linen with no option to touch and reposition- thought there used to be…) Scalloped potatoes were wonderful (bit cheesier than i prefer, & i remember very thin layers of potato, these were cubes in sauce ). Fresh crisp iceberg for the wedge, nice BC chunks, opted for ranch to level out flavor). Mac & cheese for little one was wonderful, a bit more sauce than pasta so less like a baked mac & cheese. Few double take observations: our table linens, although fresh were hideously wrinkled. My NY was served on a white plate, but completely splattered from cooking & then no serving plate below it wasn’t the finest presentation. Tasted great, but the plate looked used. Early arrival? No where to sit & wait w kiddo, chairs please…Ambience was rather production like, could use a touch of intimacy. Saw Managers, but they didn’t engage w table guests. Don’t sit near restroom, busy area. Perhaps a Ruth Chris experience may have a more fine dining atmosphere at locations away from a high volume destination.

My family and I dine at the Ruth’s Chris @ Harrah’s several times a year, typically for birthdays and special occasions. Our last visit on Mother’s Day was fantastic! We were seated at our favorite table—as I requested—and the service was top notch. The food was absolutely delicious, and we have already booked our next visit to celebrate my parents’ 64th wedding anniversary. Looking forward to it! Five stars and highly recommend!

Poor service. Some food not brought with main course. Lack of staffing led to gaps in service. Steaks served were not sizzling. Very disappointed.

I ordered the shrimp & filet! Once AGAIN the filet was so tough I could not even eat it. That was all I ordered. And that was a WASTE of $64.00. Even the bread he brought out before the meal was so hard it was so hard to even cut it with the knife. Could not pull it apart. The price you charge for this type of food and it comes out and you can’t cut it with the knife but you expect someone to put it in their mouth and chew it! Very disappointed!!!!!

We went for our anniversary. The staff individually wished us a happy anniversary... they decorated our table and gave us a quiet, romantic booth. Food was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect.

We are in Cherokee with another couple and it is both of our anniversaries so we decided to have a wonderful dinner. Been happier with the food and service. We definitely recommend it.

We went to RC for our Anniversary finding everything wonderful! Lyndan is the best server we experienced in the many years we have frequented Ruth Chris. She noted allergies and made our celebration delightful. Great person!!

There were six of us, we all got Tomahawks and we also got a Large Seafood Tower. It was wonderful. There was a Manager ( In training i think.. i drank a-lot ) she was awesome and very personable and even gave me some tips on my Miami trip coming up. 10/10

Or the bottle of wine from the wine menu. We chose the bottle of wine that was $48 and when our bill arrived, he had given us the bottle of wine that was $112. That was way too much for a bottle of wine. The manager didn’t do anything
