    Food was good but it took a long time for the food to be served. Service is slow and it seemed we were waiting forever for each course and the check. Should consider better qualified staff and more staff to handle the crowd.

    It took a while for my food. My steak was not cooked like a wanted so waiter took it back which took even longer. It came back overcooked. Waiting for it my potatoe & vegetables got cold. I’ve eaten at Ruth’s Chris several times so this is a one time occurrence. I’ll be back again.

    We had a very nice experience. The ambiance, service & food was pretty good. I will definitely be going back. Our waiter ( think it was Nick ?) Was professional, kind & attentive.

    We dined at Ruth’s Chris for Mother’s Day. Service is certainly outstanding here but the food was hit or miss - my ribeye and baked potato was excellent, my son really enjoyed his lamb chops, and the calamari is delicious. However, my wife really did not like the salmon and shrimp and she was our reason for dining there. The server tried to address the problem but it was still not to my wife’s liking. I guess it’s true that you shouldn’t get the fish at a steak restaurant! This place is pretty quiet overall except for a few loud tables and crying babies (not surprising given that it was Mother’s Day). I would also note that the wine selection is very good as both my wife and I enjoyed delicious wines. Overall, I would go back but we wouldn’t get the fish!

    Service and food quality seem to have taken a bit of a downward turn sadly. Bartender couldn’t make a French martini either. Sent that back and got a glass of wine instead. Steak was particularly fatty. Definitely not prime quality. Will def give it another shot based on past experiences but def not up to par this time.

    The service was excellent…. The mushroom appetizer was ok at best..could have had a sauce for more taste. The cosmopolitans were delish and asked for kettle one.. and they were less than $20 still! The lamb chops were delicious and the filet also was very good. Brussel sprouts and fries were also good… we had hoped the fires you used to have which were super thin and curly were available but the reg fries were cooked well done and very good. The Ceasar salad was also good. It was our anniversary and they put a card and confetti on the table which was a nice touch! A free dessert would have been special treat as well. 😬
