The service was very slow. Drinks left empty, drink orders were forgotten, dirty dishes left on table and bread had to be requested. There were five people in our party who had steak and three of them were overcooked. Just overall a bad experience. At this price point food, service and overall attention to detail should be better.

We ended up having to swap tables due to an issue with ours (I'll spare the gross details). The new waiter thought we were a different family and things never got right after that. Wrong drinks, forgetting parts of our order, being charged for items that where supposed to be included. Long story short, the food was good but the overall experience and level of service left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

Our recent dining experience at Ruth’s Chris Steak House on Mother’s Day was unfortunately marred by several significant issues. Despite making reservations weeks in advance for a family celebration with our six children, aged 17 to 3, we encountered a series of disappointments throughout the evening. Upon arrival, we were immediately aware of disapproving looks and attitudes from the staff due to the size of our party. Our waitress initially seemed put off when taking our drink orders, as if she expected us not to order drinks for our children; assumptions of our lack of funds due to the amount of children no doubt. This attitude persisted when she neglected to provide a kids' cup for our three-year-old, causing unnecessary distress. Throughout the meal, the waitress exhibited a markedly different demeanor when attending to older couples nearby, providing detailed explanations of the restaurant and menu that were conspicuously absent from our service. This disparity in treatment was disappointing and unprofessional. Our main courses arrived with multiple errors: a missing side dish, an undercooked fillet (requested medium well but served extremely rare), and a lengthy delay in receiving an entrée for one of our children. The waitress apologized for the oversights but failed to rectify the situation promptly, leaving us waiting and dissatisfied. Additionally, we observed a decline in basic service standards, such as table clearing and drink refills, which were neglected throughout the meal. When we finally finished our main course, the waitress asked us if we would like the check, failing to bring out the ice cream that is included with the entrees from the children's menu. The waitress was impatiently trying to rush us out the door, though I stated that we would like to order dessert. She begrudgingly took our dessert orders. The final disappointment came with our desserts, particularly the crème brûlée, which were poorly executed—three out of four were entir

If you are looking for a deafeningly loud, packed in experience then this is not your place. The space is huge and open and quiet. The service is trained and knowledgable, if you're expecting the white towel, table scraping then this is the place to be. Everyone has a "my Steak House", and there are plenty of them, but how many serve a steak on a 500 degree plate that is literally sizzling when served at your table. All sides are family style, so your order will go a long way. Last comment is that for a truly fine dining experience the prices are reasonable for this level of service, quality and atmosphere. Go there!

On Mother’s Day my husband and I came for lunch after church. We used valet parking at the Hilton hotel. Thankfully the access to Ruth’s Chris is through the hotel lobby since it was pouring rain. We were greeted and seated promptly. They gave us a table for two up against the wall of drapery. Not very pleasant. Our server was quick to offer us drinks or appetizers. He was so soft spoken I suppose that’s what he said. We hadn’t had time to even look at the menu so we felt rushed. We both ordered from the Ruth’s classics section of the menu. Steak and shrimp for him and I chose steak and lobster. Our two sides were mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. Those dinners come with a dessert. The meals were served within a reasonable time. His steak was beyond well done! Mine was well done-gray inside! I had ordered medium rare. He requested medium. We told the server they weren’t right. He whisked the plates away. Moments later the maitrè d or manager came by to tell us they would be replaced quickly and he was so sorry. “It should only be a few minutes.” However it was at least twenty minutes or more before we received our replacement orders. My husband was given my medium rare steak and I his medium steak! We exchanged them with each other but at this price point I would expect better. The second plate of food was delicious once we sorted out whose was whose. The staff were all pleasant to deal with. We could converse easily without having to raise our voices. They gave a rose to all the mothers which was nice. The women’s restroom was a sloppy mess. Soaking wet countertops and overflowing trash. Based on the major and minor missteps I wouldn’t eat there again when Fort Worth has Del Frisco’s and Capital Grille right across the street!

We had a delicious dinner at Ruth Chris last night! Our drinks were very tasty, dinner salads were perfect, steak was cooked to our liking with ample amount of butter. We enjoyed our time! Would dine there again! Price point was what we expected.

First time here. We brought a couple friends as a thank you. We were all pleased with the food quality. We asked our server how big the salads were because we didn’t want to fill up before our main meal. My husband and I split a salad and our friends each got one. One salad was enough that we all could have split to have a small one, because we had appetizers also. Know that could have saved us a little bit off our huge bill. But besides that, it was a great meal and experience!! If you like calamari, you must try it. You will never want normal fried again!🤣

The food was well presented and was served in proper order. Each course was prepared exactly as ordered. Server was gracious and patient, explaining clearly when we ask questions. Our first visit to your establishment was relaxing and unhurried. We all enjoyed our visit! Miguel was our server and I can’t say enough good things about him! Thank you all!

Let’s just say I will never come back here again!!!! Never received some items i ordered me and my wife people around us that got there 30 mins after us got their food before us my steak wasn’t as hot 5/6 people got cold mash potatoes waited 1 hr 10 min for the food to get to our table just to have iteams missing our waiter didn’t really to check in on us he was to busy taking pictures he really wanted to ignore us

As always, Ruth’s Chris Fort Worth was excellent. The service was impressive, the food excellent, and the setting lovely. The only slight negative was the high noise level, but it was a busy Saturday night!

This was my first time at Ruth's Chris. I really enjoy the ambience. It's fairly quiet, with great music and great lighting. The service was great. Need attention to detail was indicative of a classy restaurant. For the food, it was pretty good. I ordered the steak and lobster, which came with a 6 ounce filet, one appetizer, one side and one dessert for $75 I believe. I ordered the lobster bisque for the appetizer and the creamed spinach for the side. The dessert was chef's choice and they gave me cheesecake. The lobster bisque was good, and the lobster chunks were great, but the bisque itself tasted more like a seafood bisque than a lobster bisque. The steak was perfect. A perfect crust and medium rare just like I ordered it. The lobster was great. Great seasoning and perfectly cooked. It was a little small for me, but I guess still the standard size. The creamed spinach was good but more like spinach with a little bit of cream and runny butter then spinach maybe a little blended with cream. The small cheesecake was amazing. Perfectly made and with a wonderful light sauce and various berries on the side. All in all I'm not sure that it was worth $75. Although I experienced some very minor disappointments with some of the food, I am still very interested in returning and sampling the other dishes. 10/10 would recommend.

Ambiance and service were welcoming. My rating on lack of stars relates to the wine menu. They have a very limited selection of non-California wines, and it seemed as most listed on their menu did not exist on the shelves. We had to order 4 times before a bottle existed. Each of the first bottles were not actually in their cellar. So by that time we'd been sitting at the table a half hour, and our steak had been served. Otherwise a nice evening. The Classics Menu is a wonderful value.

This was my first time visiting Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and it was for my birthday. The food and service was great and I was even treated to dessert for my birthday. Overall, my husband and I will return in the future for special events.

Had dinner with my family celebrating my daughters, wifes and mother in-laws birthday. The food was excellent as always, filets cooked to perfection, great ceasar and steak salads! The service was great and server helped us with some food allergies. They gave all the birthday girls a special dessert! Overall great dinner!

Beware. Even with a reservation you may not get seated. Waited close to an hour after reservation. Finally left. They said they gave all the tables for our size party to others. Bar was crowded with 1 bartender. It was an awful experience. Then the restaurant reported to open table we didn’t show.

Sat 15 min after our reservation. Drinks took 40 after that. They came out wrong. They forgot one of our appetizers. Instead of taking it off the bill they brought it after the main course arrived. Staff was courteous they just were playing catch up all night to our detriment

Service was just ok. They forgot my order and had to cook it while I watched the rest of my party enjoy theirs. Staff needs better training. Servers should not be asking who had the salad and who had what steak. At this level they should know who ordered what. For the price the service needs to be refreshed. Based off my visit I would not return at this time.

My wife and I ate here for our 35th anniversary. The staff was awesome the food was great. Our table had rose pedals on it and they treated us to a couple of glass of white wine.

We had dinner after our wedding in our wedding clothes. The staff made us feel extra special. I ordered the steak and he had the sea bass and we shared. I still can't decide which was better. The food, treatment, ambiance, and atmosphere made this a memorable experience.
