    I had a great experience! Tyler was the waiter at our table and made the experience really extra special. He was very friendly and professional. And, also fixed the quirks we had in the beginning. The food was phenomenal and can’t wait to go back. Thanks for making it a wonderful time.

    It was my husband’s birthday & we brought his 2 daughters who are in college. All 4 steaks came out cooked incorrectly & had to be sent back. All side dishes came out lukewarm. The steaks were recooked while we ate the side dishes. We spent over $700 & nothing was taken off the bill due to bad cooking. Surprising to say the least after the multiple issues. This has been my husband’s favorite restaurant for years & sadly the experience the past few years has been subpar.

    We were a little nervous about dining out on Mother’s Day…we have had back luck the last few years with restaurants. But Ruth’s Chris was wonderful last night. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. This may have to be our new go-to for Mother’s Day dinner.

    I had to return my steak twice over cooked. I had bread and appetizers for my Mother’s Day meal.. very disappointed.

    We arrived 30 minutes early, were registered and were informed that we would be seated ASAP. We were seated 15 minutes later. The valet service was appreciated. The staff courteous, professional and customer service oriented. The facilities were clean. We are senior citizens and the staff were mindful and very helpful in assisting us with seating arrangements.

    To start and be fair, we went on Mother’s Day. But I feel like a high end place shouldn’t be excused just because it was busier than usual. They usually take that into account. Our experience started when our party of 7 (yes we had a reservation) was seated at what was clearly an extra added table due to the Mother’s Day surge. It was one of those round “the sides fold up” pieces of crap that is always wobbly and seems weak. Not good. Next was the service. Slow from the start and it didn’t get better. Initial drinks and apps order placed immediately. Apps came out before drinks did. The seared ahi was still delicious and the Cesar was great. Usual. But the crab cakes were just “bleh”. Entrees were a long way off from here. Not due to ordering late, they were just slow. My parents and myself all got steaks. Ribeyes to be exact. My wife (vegetarian) ordered a broccoli “steak”, my son was supposed to get Mac and cheese and fries, and my brother and his girlfriend ordered some kind of seafood. There were also multiple sides ordered. When the food finally arrived, two of the three ribeyes were mediocre. Mine was overcooked (med rare) and moms was pretty bland and tough. My dad’s was the only good one. The wife’s broccoli steak was literally just a head of broccoli with some garlic on it. My sons Mac and cheese was missing fries, had no cheese, and was literally cold. My brother didn’t complain about theirs and the sides were fine. During entrees, a second wine was ordered by my wife. It didn’t show up till well after we were all done eating. She was too nice to tell them she didn’t want it anymore. After bill (not cheap) was paid, it dawned on me that I never was offered my dessert for my Ruth’s selections prefixed meal. But was I really gonna add what would probably be another hour to our total time? No way! Looks like we won’t be coming to this location again. Sticking with the Harbor one

    This was our second visit to this location. The service wasn’t great, the food was just ok. Our first visit was a lot better. I don’t think we will be visiting again because I don’t believe there is consistency in service or food quality.
