    Only comment I can make is once you try the unbelievable steaks at Ruth's Chris then you won't be satisfied with any other steak house.

    Appetizers and drinks were fantastic. Main course was “adequate” at best. The temperature of the food was perfect, but flavor was lacking. Definitely a restaurant where you pay for the name.

    Go here for our anniversary. Celebrated our 47th anniversary last evening and they made us feel special. Table decorated with anniversary messages on our table, delicious meal and dessert. Always look forward to going back. Mya, our server, was wonderful!!

    I never have any issues when eating at Ruth Chris except for this one particular time I told them it was my birthday and we were celebrating Mother's Day last time we celebrated a birthday they decorated the table and I didn't have to remind them about the birthday cheesecake but this time I did My lobster mac was cold and watery it was sent back and then came back okay still a little cold but it was okay not as watery as the first time then the manager boxed our stuff but didn't close the boxes so then cheese from the Mac n cheese spilled into my bag This just wasn't the best experience

    Food was great but service was extremely slow and not very attentive. My husband didn’t get his salad when I got mine. No one checked on us until I was basically finished with my salad, so my husband asked for his to be boxed to go. That said, our food didn’t come out until more than 1 hour and 15 minutes after we placed the order. We were told it was because there was a big party in front of us. Our reservation was at 4:45 and we didn’t leave the restaurant until 6:55. No manager stopped by our table to ask how things were going. Happy the food was good or else the rating would have been lower.

    The Overall Service was not good at all. The food was okay not worth the value cost, I rather have spent the same money at a Jeff Ruby restaurant and been happy. I’ve had better calamari. And we waited too long for our food- I think the waiter messed up the order and no one admitted it. The lamb chops were not big and meaty like the menu said and the cream spinach did not have substance. The steak lived up go it’s name. The waiters need more training because we were not totally impressed with ours.

    Went for Mother’s Day Brunch. Limited brunch menu so ordered off regular menu. Main course took 35 minutes to come out after salads. Server did keep checking in on us and apologizing, but an 1 hour and 40 minutes for a brunch is a long time. We passed on desert, didn’t want to stay any longer.
