Only comment I can make is once you try the unbelievable steaks at Ruth's Chris then you won't be satisfied with any other steak house.

Appetizers and drinks were fantastic. Main course was “adequate” at best. The temperature of the food was perfect, but flavor was lacking. Definitely a restaurant where you pay for the name.

Go here for our anniversary. Celebrated our 47th anniversary last evening and they made us feel special. Table decorated with anniversary messages on our table, delicious meal and dessert. Always look forward to going back. Mya, our server, was wonderful!!

I never have any issues when eating at Ruth Chris except for this one particular time I told them it was my birthday and we were celebrating Mother's Day last time we celebrated a birthday they decorated the table and I didn't have to remind them about the birthday cheesecake but this time I did My lobster mac was cold and watery it was sent back and then came back okay still a little cold but it was okay not as watery as the first time then the manager boxed our stuff but didn't close the boxes so then cheese from the Mac n cheese spilled into my bag This just wasn't the best experience

Food was great but service was extremely slow and not very attentive. My husband didn’t get his salad when I got mine. No one checked on us until I was basically finished with my salad, so my husband asked for his to be boxed to go. That said, our food didn’t come out until more than 1 hour and 15 minutes after we placed the order. We were told it was because there was a big party in front of us. Our reservation was at 4:45 and we didn’t leave the restaurant until 6:55. No manager stopped by our table to ask how things were going. Happy the food was good or else the rating would have been lower.

The Overall Service was not good at all. The food was okay not worth the value cost, I rather have spent the same money at a Jeff Ruby restaurant and been happy. I’ve had better calamari. And we waited too long for our food- I think the waiter messed up the order and no one admitted it. The lamb chops were not big and meaty like the menu said and the cream spinach did not have substance. The steak lived up go it’s name. The waiters need more training because we were not totally impressed with ours.

Went for Mother’s Day Brunch. Limited brunch menu so ordered off regular menu. Main course took 35 minutes to come out after salads. Server did keep checking in on us and apologizing, but an 1 hour and 40 minutes for a brunch is a long time. We passed on desert, didn’t want to stay any longer.

We went for Mother’s Day brunch and was disappointed that there were only a few options on the menu for the day. We decided to do appetizers and salads. They offer different menu items for bar seating which I will definitely do next time I visit. Our server was ok, just didn’t seem happy to be working. Maybe he was upset that we didn’t order entrees.

With a 4 star restaurant I would not think I would have any of these issues. Our reservation was at 6:45 did not get seated until 7:05. We ordered an appetizer when we were seated and never got it. Once we ordered our food took us over an hour to get our entrees. When we got our entrees the filets were not cooked how we requested. Highly unsatisfied.

Wow! Don’t underestimate Ruth’s Chris even though it’s been around for a while. From our Caesar salad with homemade dressing and homemade croutons to our perfectly crafted drinks and sizzling steaks. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our waiter handled every want and need exceptionally. We will be back! Thank you for the confetti to celebrate our daughter’s Xavier Graduation! ✨🎉

I may have made the mistake of trying to compare it to Jeff Ruby’s restaurant. If you compare it to a regular chain restaurant, it was very good. My wife said the salad was good and it was a good portion also. The lobster bisque was above average, but nothing spectacular. The steak was fine, but of no comparison to a similar cut at Jeff Ruby’s. The 500° plate the steak is served on is overkill for me. It definitely kept the food super hot, but I don’t like to eat that hot of a steak. A good steak tends to improve as it cools on the plate throughout the dinner. The mashed potatoes were very good. The asparagus was surprisingly very, very good. The mini cheesecake for dessert was very good also. the only problem with the food was the steak, which was the reason I was there. As I said before, it was fine, but did not reach the expectations I had for Ruth’s Chris. The waiter was very nice and also very good, but he may have had too many tables. We were there for over two hours which was longer than we wanted to be. I know they did have some trouble with some wait staff that called off and others that got stuck in traffic. Everything just seemed to be way slower than desired. On another night, that may have been a good thing. I would eat there again especially with the price on the classic, all inclusive meal. The bill was half the price I would’ve spent at Jeff Ruby. But, if I’m looking for a really fine steak, I may go elsewhere.

Everything was amazing as usual at a Ruth’s Chris. The only reason for a non 5 star review is because we seemed to be forgotten about between being seated, getting our drink order, and then our food order. I know it was a Saturday night but we waited extra long. And this is coming from a family in the restaurant business. But still amazing food

Steak was very good. Cooked just right, and high quality. Sides were a complete letdown. Brussels sprouts were still hard. Baked potato was room temp. Shrimp cocktail was mediocre, and cocktail sauce seemed to be ketchup. I asked for more horseradish and got more ketchup. Service was sloppy. Slow night and felt like we didn’t get attention. Overall disappointed

Our waiter was sniffly, when serving and being over our food that’s not appealing or appropriate. Our wine glasses were taken away from the table to be poured, so we didn’t have the chance to smell, swirl or taste before more was poured. The steak was cooked perfectly and was very good. It was a bit too dark at this location. There was hardly anyone there and it took over an hour to get our food for 4.

As always, the food was outstanding. The staff were great and attentive. The only issue we had was my steak got dropped the minute it came to the table splashing hot grease everywhere. There was barely an acknowledgment. Accidents happen but at least an “I’m sorry… did anything get on you? Are you ok?” Would have been warrranted.

Favorite Cincinati spot for when we travel. Our group loves to sit at the bar here. Bartenders are extremely friendly and attentive. Steaks are always amazing and if we are lucky enough to make happy hour they have the best steak sandwhich I have ever tasted.

Fantastic night out with my Mother and Sister. Steaks were amazing and service top tier. Our waiter Mario was on it from the moment we walked in and even the General Manager checked on us twice. My mother loved the attention and it made for a special night out.

Aloft concierge recommended this spot and it did not disappoint. Service was great and our waitress, Alyssa made several good recommendations. My girlfriends steak was a little undercooked and the older manager fixed it so quickly. He was there checking on us right after we got our food and back before we realized it. Made for us a perfect evening out and definitely ensures we will stop here when in town.

Absolutely the best steaks I have ever had. The waiter recommended the T-bone and it did not disappoint. My wife had the filet and loved it. Cooked perfectly and with several nice glasses of wine. The manager congratulated us for our anniversary and even got us a champagne toast. Everyone was so thoughtful.

Restaurant was extremely busy but staff handled it well. Drinks and appetizers came out quickly. Our dinners took a little longer than expected but based on the crowd it was understandable. Both steaks and seafood dinners were great. Everyone had a great time and we left a generous tip.
