    Brice was an amazing server. We were in on May 26 had a reservation for 7:30 PM. Everything was great management was kind. The receptionist were warm. The only thing that was wrong and this is in no way in control of management. There was a loud drunk probably came after this Cincinnati Reds game. He was using language. They were young kids in the restaurant. He was told by management twice to calm down and he did not. this is nothing against anybody that works there. They did what they could, but the guy was obnoxious. I feel Ruth Chris owes their employees a safe working environment and should have security especially on the weekends after Reds are a Bengals game. Again the management that Knight, the receptionist Bryce, they were all wonderful. They kept apologizing profusely. the guy was an obnoxious idiot and nobody was gonna be able to remove him without the police. Protect your people.

    We were very disappointed about this location. Apparently the restaurant has a dress code but not a code of conduct. There were 6 guests next to our table who were very loud and kept shouting curse words like Fxxx, Sxxx. We talked to the restaurant manager, but it did no good as the people next to us kept swearing. This location is also unusual in that it mixes the bar area with the dining area. Every other location we have been to, the dining area is completely separate from the bar.

    I’ve eaten at Ruth Chris many times. Food is always great. Unfortunately the last 2 times I’ve been there the service has been substandard. Too add to that the waitress told us she would pay for the dessert because it was our anniversary. It matched the service we received for dinner. It was on the bill.

    Lance was our server and so helpful and prompt. The entire staff was lovely and made my parents anniversary a very special night.

    The service was incredible. The osso buco ravioli and crab cakes were great appetizers. We had the asparagus, mashed potatoes, and lobster mac and cheese as sides which were all great. The lobster Mac and cheese may be the best I’ve had anywhere. We also ordered the ribeye and cowboy ribeye which were both underwhelming and bland. At least one was over cooked. The lobster bisque was also not something we enjoyed.

    TONS OF LEFTOVERS WASTED! All of our leftovers were literally scraped off the plate thrown ALL TOGETHER in a tin foil wrap! I had filet, lobster, crabcakes, asparagus, with sauces mixed over ALL OF IT! It was DISGUSTING to see $400 worth of food wraped up like SLOP for pigs! All of our food was completely RUINED! WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

    Just didn’t meet my expectations for a high end steakhouse. Upon arrival a homeless guy sat outside the entrance with a sign, smell of marijuana outside the venue, the restaurant was empty but we were sat right behind the hostess under the steps, decor was average, all but one appetizer was seafood, ribeye had an extreme amount of marble. Waiter was great and the food price was ok.

    We were seated for 30 minutes before we received our first drink. A loud yelling match broke out in the bar area and the person was not even escorted out.

    Made reservations for 7:15 and got seated on time. We sat and waited and waited without even a server coming to give us water. Finally manager came over and felt bad so said she would comp us 2 appetizers. Ordered the appetizers got the main meals. Upon finishing and getting the check, noticed they didn’t take off the appetizers Just paid the full bill and was disappointed Won’t be returning
